SUMMER SPECIAL TRAINS BY SOUTHERN RAILWAYS

Southern Railway will run the following Special Trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the summer months of April, May & June 2012.

1) Santragachi – Kochuveli – Santragachi Weekly Specials:

T.No.02851 Santragachi – Kochuveli weekly special will leave Santragachi at 16.05 hrs. on Saturdaysfrom 05.5.2012 to 16.6.2012 and arrive Kochuveli at 13.45 hrs. on Mondays. T.No.02852 Kochuveli – Santragachi weekly special will leave Kochuveli at 04.15 hrs. on Tuesdays from 08.5.2012 to 19.6.2012and arrive Santragachi at 03.00 hrs. on Thursdays. The composition of the trains will be 2 AC 3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class, 3 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatinam, Duvvada, Samalkot, Rajamundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Gudiyattam, Ambur, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernnakulam Town, Kottyam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam and Kollam.

2)Shalimar – Chennai Central – Shalimar Superfast Weekly Specials:

T.No.08041 Shalimar – Chennai Central superfast weekly special will leave Shalimar at 12.20 hrs. on Tuesdays from 01.5.2012 to 12.6.2012 and arriveChennai Central at 17.00 hrs. on Wednesdays. T.No.08042 Chennai Central – Shalimar superfast weekly special will leave Chennai Central at 16.15 hrs. on Thursdays from 03.5.2012 to 14.6.2012and arrive Shalimar at21.30 hrs. on Fridays. The composition of the trains will be 2 AC 3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class, 3 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Santragachi, Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatinam, Duvvada, Rajamundry, Eluru, Vijayawada and Gudur.
