Summer Specials between CST-Jabalpur, LTT-Gorakhpur, Pune-Gorakhpur and Sainagar Shirdi-Hazrat Nizamuddin

Railways have decided to run 98 Additional Summer special trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus-Jabalpur, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus/Pune – Gorakhpur, Sainagar Shirdi-Hazrat Nizamuddin to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer season. CR has already announced 532 summer specials. The details of 98 specials are as under –
CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS-JABALPUR SPECIALS (28)

01701 Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 1.30 pm o­n every Sunday from 31.3.2013 to 30.6.2013 (14 trips) and will arrive Jabalpur at 6.00 am next day.01702 Special will leave Jabalpur at 07.30 pm o­n every Saturday from 30.3.2013 to 29.6.2013 (14 trips) and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 12.15 pm next day.

Halts: Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi, Pipariya and Narsinghpur.
Composition: o­ne AC-2 tier, Three AC-3 tier, 11 Sleeper class, 4 General Second Class and 2 General second class cum guard’s brake vans.

LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS-GORAKHPUR SPECIALS (26)

05032 special train will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.50 hrs o­n every Monday (in the midnight of Sunday/Monday) from 8.4.2013 to 1.7.2013 (13 trips) and will reach Gorakhpur at 11.00 hrs next day.
05031 special train will leave Gorakhpur at 11.00 hrs o­n every Saturday from 6.4.2013 to 29.6.2013 (13 trips) and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 17.50 hrs next day.

To clear extra rush during the festive season and facilitate north bound passengers in view of ensuing Holi festival, Western Railway will run o­ne trip of Holi special train for the benefit of passengers from Bandra (T) to Gorakhpur o­n 31thMarch, 2013 ex Bandra (T).

Train No.05034 Bandra (T)- Gorakhpur Special Express will depart from Bandra (T) at 05.10 hrs o­n 31stMarch, 2013 (Sunday) and reachGorakhpur at 19.55 hrs the next day.

While, Train No.05033 Gorakhpur -Bandra (T) special express will depart from Gorakhpur at 07.10 hrs o­n 29thMarch, 2013 and reach Bandra Terminus at 17.35 hrs the next day.



The train will have AC III, Sleeper class and II class general coaches.



This train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Nagda, Ramgnaj Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Hinduan City, Bharatpur, Achhnera, Mathura Jn., Hathras City, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Kanpur (Central), Lucknow, Gonda, Basti, and Khalilabad stations in both directions.

AC SUPERFAST SUMMER HOLIDAY SPECIAL TRAINS Between Mumbai Central-New Delhi

Mumbai Central – New Delhi Bi-Weekly AC Superfast



Train No.09005 Mumbai Central – New Delhi Bi-weekly superfast AC special will depart from Mumbai Central o­n every Sunday & Wednesdayat 19.45 hrs to reach New Delhi at 17.35 hrs next day from 3rd April to 26th June, 2013. In return direction, train No. 09006 New Delhi– Mumbai Central Bi-weekly superfast AC Special will depart from New Delhi o­n every Monday & Thursdayat 23.40 hrs and will arriveMumbai Central at 21.15 hrsthe next day from 4th April to 27th June, 2013.

The train will have First AC, AC 2 Tier & AC 3 Tier coaches.

Revision of Clerkage charges and Cancellation charges

The Clerkage charges and Cancellation charges have been revised w.e.f 1st April, 2013. This has been announced in the Railway Budget 2013-14. The revised charges are as under:

The clerkage charges are leviable o­n cancellation of unreserved, RAC and Waiting list tickets as well as o­n cancellation of reserved tickets.

Special Trains between Tirupati and Karimnagar

South Central Railway will run two special trains between Tirupati and Karimnagar in order to clear extra rush of passengers as per the following schedule:-

 Train No. 02761 Tirupati-Karimnagar Special Train will depart Tirupati at 22 40 hrs o­n 27th March, 2013 (Wednesday) and arrive Karimnagar at 11 25 hrs o­n the next day.

 In the return direction, Train No.02762 Karimnagar-Tirupati Special train will depart Karimnagar at 19 10 hrs o­n 28th March, 2013 (Thursday) and arrive Tirupati at 07 55 hrs o­n the next day.

 Enroute, these trains will stop at Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Gudur, Vijayawada, Madhira, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Jamikunta and Peddapalli stations in both directions.

 These trains will consist of o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches, totaling to eighteen coaches.

Revision of Reservation Fee and Supplementary charges for Superfast Trains from 1st April, 2013

Enhanced Reservation Fee to be withdrawn

The charges of Reservation Fee and Supplemtary charges for superfast trains have been revised w.e.f 1st April, 2013. The Enhanced reservation fee which is levied o­n tickets booked for journey originating from other than the ticket booking station, like return tickets, o­nward journey tickets, etc. is also withdrawn w.e.f. 1st April, 2013. The revised charges are as under.
