In order to clear extra rush of passengers, Railways will augment the passenger carrying capacity of the following trains on permanent basis as per the programme:-
The 2204/2203 Amritsar-Saharsa Garib Rath Express train will be augmented by one additional 3 Tier A.C. coach from 4.9.2010 from Amritsar and from 5.9.2010 from Saharsa..
The 2226/2225 Delhi-Azamgarh Kafiyat Express train will be augmented by one each additional second class sleeper and A.C. 3 tier coaches from 4.9.2010 from Anand Vihar Terminal and from 1.9.10 from Delhi respectively: and from 5.9.2010 and 2.9.10 from Azamgarh.
The 2484/2483 Amritsar-Kochuveli Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach with effect from 5.9.2010 from Amristar and with effect from 8.9.2010 from Kochuveli.
The 2492/2491 Jammu Tawi-Sonepur Maurdhwaj Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach from 3.9.2010 from Jammu Tawi and from 5.9.2010 from Sonepur.
The 2470/2469 Jammu Tawi-Kanpur Central Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach from 7.9.2010 from Jammu Tawi and from 8.9.2010 from Kanpur Central.
The 4014/4013 Delhi-Sultanpur Sadbhawna Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach from 4.9.2010 from Delhi and from 5.9.2010 from Sultanpur.
The 4018/4017 Delhi-Muzaffarpur Sadbhavan Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach from 8.9.2010 from Delhi and from 10.9.2008 from Muzaffarpur.
The 4512/4511 Saharanpur-Allahabad Nauchandi Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach from 3.9.2010 from Meerut and from 4.9.2010 from Allahabad.
The 4524/4523 Ambala Cantt.-Muzaffarpur Hari Har Express train will be augmented by two additional second class sleeper coaches from 4.9.2010 from Ambala and from 6.9.2010 from Muzaffarpur.
The 2487/2488 Anand Vihar Terminal-Jogbani Seemanchal Express train will be augmented by one additional second class sleeper coach from 1.9.2010 from Anand Vihar Terminal and from 2.9.2010 from Jogbani.
The 4313/4314 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus -Bareilly Express train has been augmented by one each additional A.C. 3 tier coach and second class sleeper coach with immediate effect in both the directions.
