South Central Railway has operationalised Catering Complaint Monitoring Cell (CCMC) at Head Quarters level with round the clock working and provided with Toll Free Nos. 1800-425-5090, 9701370964 (Mobile) ; No. 040- 27834044 (BSNL) and E-Mail:- www.scrccmc@gmail.com.
Passengers can register their complaints / suggestions related to catering services rendered by Mobile / Static Catering Units over South Central Railway jurisdiction.
