Southern Railway will run the following trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the ensuing Winter Season.
1)Nagercoil – Chennai Egmore Weekly Superfast Special & Chennai Egmore – Nagercoil Weekly Special: T.No.06304 Nagercoil – Chennai Egmore Weekly Superfast Special will leave Nagercoil at 17.05 hrs. on Mondays from 12.12.2011 to 30.1.2012 and arrive Chennai Egmore at 06.05 hrs. the next day.T.No.06303 Chennai Egmore – Nagercoil Weekly Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 14.00 hrs. on Tuesdays from 13.12.2011 to 31.1.2012 and arrive Nagercoil at 05.30 hrs. the next day.The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Valliyur, Tirunelveli, Vanchi Maniyachchi, Kovilpatti, Sattur, Virudunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchchirappalli, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu and Tambaram.T.No.06304 will stop at Mambalam also. T.No.06303 will stop at Ariyalur also.
2)Nagercoil – Chennai Egmore Weekly Superfast Special & Chennai Egmore – Nagercoil Weekly Special: T.No.06306 Nagercoil – Chennai Egmore Weekly Superfast Special will leave Nagercoil at 17.05 hrs. on Sundays from 4.12.2011 to 29.1.2012 and arrive Chennai Egmore at 06.05 hrs. the next day. T.No.06305 Chennai Egmore – Nagercoil Weekly Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 14.40 hrs. on Mondays from 5.12.2011 to 30.1.2012 and arrive Nagercoil at 05.30 hrs. the next day.The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 12 Sleeper Class, 3 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Valliyur, Tirunelveli, Vanchi Maniyachchi, Kovilpatti, Sattur, Virudunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchchirappalli, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu and Tambaram.T.No.06306 will stop at Mambalam also. T.No.06305 will stop at Ariyalur also.
3)Coimbatore – Chennai Egmore – Coimbatore Bi-weekly Specials (via. Vriddhachalam, Salem): T.No.06620 Coimbatore – Chennai Egmore Bi-weekly Special will leave Coimbatore at 16.15 hrs. on Fridays & Sundays from 9.12.2011 to 29.1.2012 and arrive Chennai Egmore at 04.15 hrs. the next day.T.No.06619 Chennai Egmore – Coimbatore Bi-weekly Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 18.30 hrs. on Saturdays & Mondays from 10.12.2011 to 30.1.2012 and arrive Coimbatore at 07.00 hrs. the next day. The composition of the trains will be11 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Tiruppur, Erode, Sankaridurg, Salem Jn., Salem Town, Peddanayakkanpalaiyam, Attur, Chinna Salem, Pukiravari, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu and Tambaram. T.No.06620 will stop at Mambalam also.T.No.06619 will stop at Coimbatore North also.
4)Coimbatore – Chennai Egmore – Coimbatore Weekly Specials (via. Vriddhachalam, Salem): T.No.06624 Coimbatore – Chennai Egmore Weekly Special will leave Coimbatore at 16.15 hrs. on Tuesdays from 6.12.2011 to 24.1.2012 and arrive Chennai Egmore at 04.15 hrs. the next day.T.No.06623 Chennai Egmore – Coimbatore Weekly Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 20.20 hrs. on Wednesdays from 7.12.2011 to 25.1.2012 and arrive Coimbatore at 07.00 hrs. the next day. The composition of the trains will be 11 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Tiruppur, Erode, Sankaridurg, Salem Jn., Salem Town, Peddanayakkanpalaiyam, Attur, Chinna Salem, Pukiravari, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu and Tambaram. T.No.06624 will stop at Mambalam also.T.No.06623 will stop at Coimbatore North also.
