Summer Special by Eastern Railways

Eastern Railway will run 9 pairs of Summer Specials in addition to 58 pairs of Summer Special declared earlier. These 9 pairs of weekly Summer Specials will run between Howrah-Raxaul-Asansol.

03043 Howrah – Raxaul Weekly Summer Special will leave Howrah at 15.00 hrs. o­n every Friday between April 15 & June 10, 2016 and 03044 Raxaul-Asansol Weekly Summer Special will leave Raxaul at 12.00 hrs. o­n every Saturday between April 16 & June 11, 2016.

The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class and Air-Conditioned coaches.

Booking for up direction journey in these Special trains will be available from April 9, 2016.

Earlier Eastern Railway declared to run 58 pairs of Summer Specials of which 12 pairs will run between Howrah-New Jalpaiguri, 13 pairs between Sealdah-Kamakhya, 7 pairs between     Kolkata-Alipurduar, 10 pairs between Malda-Haridwar, 4 pairs between Asansol-Patna and 12 pairs between Howrah - Ramnagar.

HOWRAH – RAXAUL JANASADHARAN SPECIAL (WEEKLY)

To cater to the rush of passengers during festive holidays 2014, Eastern Railway will run five (5) pairs of Howrah – Raxaul Janasadharan Special (Weekly) train. The Up train (03043) will leave Howrah o­n every Tuesday between September 16 & October 14 and the Down train (03044) will leave Raxaul o­n every Wednesday between September 17 & October 15, 2014.

The Up train will leave Howrah at 22.50 hrs and reach Raxaul at 16.05 hrs o­n the next day. The down train will leave Raxaul at 19.45 hrs and reach Howrah at 12.15 hrs o­n the next day.

The train will have 13 general second class and 2 sleeper class coaches.

SEALDAH – JODHPUR WEEKLY PREMIUM SPECIAL

To clear the extra rush of passengers during Puja festivals 2014, Eastern Railway will run o­ne weekly premium special train between Sealdah and Jodhpur. The special train will leave Sealdah o­n every Tuesday between September 16 & November 11, 2014. The train will leave Jodhpur o­n every Sunday between September 14 & November 9, 2014. (Total 9 pairs).

The train will leave Sealdah at 18.30 hrs and reach Jodhpur at 20.55 hrs o­n the next day. The premium weekly special will leave Jodhpur at 17.45 hrs and reach Sealdah at 21.05 hrs o­n the next day both during the above mentioned days.

There will be Sleeper and Air-conditioned coaches in this Sealdah - Jodhpur premium weekly special train.

ER TO RUN ASANSOL – PATNA WEEKLYSPECIAL

To clear the extra rush of passengers during Puja holidays 2014, Eastern Railway will run weekly Special train between Asansol and Patna leaving both from Asansol and Patna Jn. stations o­n every Sunday from 28 September to 2 November, 2014 (total 6 trips in each direction).

03511 Asansol – Patna Special train will leave Asansol at 07.15 hrs. and will reach Patna at 14:00 hrs.on the same day.

In return journey, 03512 Patna – Asansol Special train will leave Patna at 15:10 hrs. and will reach Asansol at 22:00 hrs.on the same day.

This train will have AC Chair Car, Second Class Chair Car & General Second Class accommodations and will stop at Chittaranjan, Jamtara, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhajha, Kiul, Hathidah, Mokama, Bakhtiyarpur, Patna Sahib & Rajendranagar stations enroute o­n both ways.

Booking for journey by Train No. 03511 will be available from 4 September, 2014. 

ER TO RUN SEALDAH – PURI WEEKLYSPECIAL

To clear the extra rush of holiday makers during Puja holidays 2014, Eastern Railway will run weekly Special train between Sealdah and Puri leaving both from Sealdah and Puri stations o­n every Sunday from 28 September to 2 November, 2014 (total 6 trips in each direction).

03101 Sealdah – Puri Special train will leave Sealdah at 12.35 hrs. and will reach Puri at 22:00 hrs. o­n the same day.

In return journey, 03102 Puri – Sealdah Special train will leave Puri at 23:45 hrs and will reach Sealdah at 09:20 hrs.on the next day.

This train will have AC 1st Class, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier & Sleeper Class accommodations and will stop at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar & Khurda Road stations enroute o­n both ways.

Booking for journey by Train No. 03101 will be available from 4 September, 2014.

Howrah Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Weekly Special

HOWRAH-LT(T) WEEKLY SPECIAL

To clear the extra rush of holiday makers during Puja holidays 2014, Eastern Railway will run weekly Special train between Howrah and Lokmanya Tilak (T)leaving Howrah o­n each Tuesday and leaving Lokmanya Tilak station o­n each Thursday from 30 September to 30 October, 2014.( total 5 trips in each direction).

03061 Howrah-Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special train will leave Howrah at 08.15 hrs. o­n Tuesday and will reach Lokmanya Tilak at 00:20 hrs..(midnight)on Thursday.

In return journey, 03062 Lokmanya Tilak- Howrah Special train will leave Lokmanya Tilak at 13:20 hrs. o­n Thursday and will reach Howrah 03:30 hrs. o­n Saturday.

This train will have AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class & General Second Class accommodations.

Booking for up direction will be available from 2 September, 2014 from computerised reservation offices.
