Secunderabad-Patna-Secunderabad Special Trains

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, SCR will run six special fare trains between various destinations as per the following schedule:-

Secunderabad-Patna-Secunderabad Special Trains (2 Services)

Train No. 02795 Secunderabad-Patna Special train will depart Secunderabad at 08:35 hrs o­n 6thMay, 2016 (Friday) and arrive Patna at 16:10 hrs o­n Saturday.

In the return direction, Train No. 02796 Patna - Secunderabad Special train will depart Patna at 13:30 hrs o­n 8th May, 2016 (Sunday) and arrive Secunderabad at 21:25 hrs o­n Monday.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Kazipet, Ramagundam, Ballarshah, Chandrapur, Sevagram, Nagpur, Amla, Betul, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Satna, Manikpur, Cheoki and Mughalsarai stations in both the directions.

These trains will comprise of 15 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, two AC III Tier, ten Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

Bookings for Special Fare Trains viz; Train No. 02795 Secunderabad-Patna departing o­n 6th May; Train No. 07115 Hyderabad – Kochuveli departing o­n 7th May and Train No. 07037 Secunderabad-Bikaner departing o­n 8th May, 2016 will commence o­n 1st May, 2016.

Summer Special by Eastern Railways

Eastern Railway will run 9 pairs of Summer Specials in addition to 58 pairs of Summer Special declared earlier. These 9 pairs of weekly Summer Specials will run between Howrah-Raxaul-Asansol.

03043 Howrah – Raxaul Weekly Summer Special will leave Howrah at 15.00 hrs. o­n every Friday between April 15 & June 10, 2016 and 03044 Raxaul-Asansol Weekly Summer Special will leave Raxaul at 12.00 hrs. o­n every Saturday between April 16 & June 11, 2016.

The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class and Air-Conditioned coaches.

Booking for up direction journey in these Special trains will be available from April 9, 2016.

Earlier Eastern Railway declared to run 58 pairs of Summer Specials of which 12 pairs will run between Howrah-New Jalpaiguri, 13 pairs between Sealdah-Kamakhya, 7 pairs between     Kolkata-Alipurduar, 10 pairs between Malda-Haridwar, 4 pairs between Asansol-Patna and 12 pairs between Howrah - Ramnagar.

Superfast Summer Special Trains between Mumbai and Gorakhpur

Railways have decided to run 22 Superfast weekly special trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai and Gorakhpurto clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under:–


02597 Special will leave Gorakhpur at 0825 hrs o­n every Saturday from 16.4.2016 to 25.6.2016 and arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai at 12.15 hrs next day.


02598 Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai at 1420 hrs o­n every Sunday from 17.4.2016 to 26.6.2016 and arrive Gorakhpur at 1845 hrs next day.

 HALTS: Khalilabad, Basti, Gonda, Lucknow, Kanpur Central, Jhansi, Habibganj, Itarsi, Bhusaval and Kalyan

COMPOSITION: Two AC-2 Tier, Eight AC-3 Tier, Four Sleeper class and Four Second class
