Special Trains between Vijayawada –Tirupati & Tirupati – Kakinada Town Extended

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, the run of the following Special Trains have been extended for some more trips as per the following schedule:-

I)Train No. 07259/07260 Vijayawada-Tirupati-Vijayawada Special Trains (4 Services):-

Train No. 07259 Vijayawada – Tirupati special train will depart Vijayawada at 11:15 pm o­n 19th and 26th March, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 09:25 am o­n the next day.

 In the return direction, Train No. 07260 Tirupati – Vijayawada special train will depart Tirupati at 07:55 pm o­n 22nd and 29thMarch, 2015 and arrive Vijayawada at 04:50 pm o­n the next day.

 Enroute, these special trains will stop at New Guntur, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Srikalahasti and Renigunta stations in both the directions. These special trains will have 15 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, five General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

II)Train No. 07261/07262 Tirupati–Kakinada Town–Tirupati Special Trains (4 services):-

Train No. 07261 Tirupati – Kakinada Town special train will depart Tirupati at 03:30 pm o­n 20th and 27th March, 2015 and arrive Kakinada Town at 04:15 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07262 Kakinada Town – Tirupati special train will depart Kakinada Town at 08:05 pm o­n 21stand 28th March, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 10:15 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions. These special trains will have 15 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, five General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches. 

Dhubri Alipurduar Special Train extended

RAILWAY EXTENDS RUN OF 09705/09706 JAIPUR-DELHI SARAI ROHILLA-JAIPUR

In order to clear extra rush of rail passengers,Railways has decided to extend the run of09705/09706 Jaipur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Jaipur Superfast Ac Special Train(52 trips in each direction)as per the following programme-

In its extended run ,the 09705/09706 Jaipur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Jaipur Superfast Ac Special Train will run  daily from 01.10.2014 to 30.11.2014 (except Thursday) from Jaipur & Delhi Sarai Rohilla (52 trips in each direction)

 There is no change in the schedule,composition or stoppages of the Train

Anand Vihar (T)- Gorakhpur Special train Extended

Special Trains between Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam and Sambalpur-Yesvantpur

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Dussera/Diwali,  the run of Weekly Special Trains between Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam and Sambalpur – Yesvantpur is extended for some more trips as per the following schedule:-

1. Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Weekly Special Trains  (26 services):

Train No. 08502 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Weekly Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 04:30 pm every Wednesday from 8thOctober to 31st December 2014 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 06:30 am o­n the next day.

In the opposite direction, Train No.08501 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Weekly Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 11:00 pm every Tuesday from 7th October to 30th December, 2014  and arrive Secunderabad at 11:45 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these Weekly Special Trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada stations in both the directions. These trains will have 20 coaches viz, o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, nine Sleeper class, six General Second and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van coaches.

2. Sambalpur-Yesvantpur-Sambalpur Weekly Special Trains  (26 services):

Train No. 08301 Sambalpur-Yesvantpur Weekly Special Train will depart Sambalpur at 08:50 am every Wednesday from 1st October to 24thDecember 2014 and arrive Yesvantpur at 04:30 pm o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.08302 Yesvantpur-Sambalpur Weekly Special Train will depart Yesvantpur at 00:30 am every Friday from 3rd October to 26th December, 2014 and arrive Sambalpur at 06:15 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these Weekly Special Trains will stop at Bargarh, Balangir, Titlagarh, Kesinga, Muniguda, Rayagada, Parvatipura, Bobbili, Vijayanagaram, Visakhapatnam, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Pakala, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarajapuram stations in both the directions. These trains will have 17 coaches viz, o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, ten Sleeper class, three General Second and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van coaches.

Kamakhya - Mariani Intercity Express extended upto Dibrugarh

It has been decided to extend the running of the 15605 / 15606 Kamakhya - Jorhat Town -  Mariani Intercity Express upto Dibrugarh w.e.f. 1st November, 2014. 15605 UP will reach Dibrugarh at 11-30hrs. and will depart at 14-25 hrs.

Special Premium Trains extended by South Eastern Railway

Bandra Lucknow Summer special extended

SEALDAH-VARANASI EXPRESS WILL BE EXTENDED TO DELHI TWO DAYS A WEEK

 13133 Up/13134 Dn Sealdah-Varanasi Express is a daily service between Sealdah & Varanasi. The train will be extended upto Delhibeing renumbered as 13119 Up/13120 Dn two days a week, i.e. o­n Sundays and Thursdays for the train leaving Sealdah with effect from 6 July and o­n Tuesdays and Saturdays from Delhiwith effect from 8 July, 2014. For remaining five days   13133 Up/13134 Dn will run as per existing train number and time table  (i.e. July, 2013 issue) between Sealdah & Varanasi.

        13119 Up will start from Sealdah station at 21:15 hrs. o­n its nominated days of run and 13120 Down will leave Delhi Jn at 17:55 hrs. o­n its nominated days of run. Timings and stoppages of 13119 Up/13120 Dn between Sealdah & Varanasi will remain the same as for Sealdah-Varanasi Express in the existing time table.

Extention of Muzaffarpur- Barauni Special Train

EXTENSION OF RUN OF PREMIUM A.C. SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN LUCKNOW JN.- KATHGODAM

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during the current summer season, the Railway has decided to extend the run of Premium A.C. Express Special Train No. 05037/05038 Lucknow Jn.- Kathgodam- Lucknow Jn. (three trips in each direction) as per the following schedule:-

The 05037 Lucknow Jn.- Kathgodam Premium A.C. Special train will depart from Lucknow Jn. at 05.15 a.m. to reach Kathgodam at 12.55 noon the same day while in the return direction, the 05038 Kathgodam- Lucknow Jn. Premium A.C. special train will depart from Kathgodam at 02.10 p.m. to reach Lucknow Jn. at 09.50 p.m. the same day o­n 26, 28 & 29.06.2014 (three trips in each direction).

The 05037/05038 Lucknow Jn.- Kathgodam- Lucknow Jn. Premium A.C. Special train having A.C. Chair Car coaches, will stop at Bareilly, Rampur, Rudrapur City, Lalkuan & Haldwani stations enroute in the both directions.

RAILWAY EXTENDS SERVICES OF 04507/04508 CHANDIGARH- FIROZPUR- CHANDIGARH EXPRESS SPECIAL TRAIN

 For the facility of rail passengers during the current peak Summer rush season, Northern Railway has decided to extend the services of the 04507/04508 Chandigarh- Firozpur - Chandigarh Express Special Train with existing timings, composition & stoppages for ten more trips in each direction as per the following programme:-

In its extended run ,the 04507 Chandigarh- Firozpur Express Special Trainwill run from Chandigarh from 11.06.2014 to 30.06.2014 (20 Trips) while in the return direction, the 04508 Firozpur – Chandigarh Express Special Trainwill run from Firozpur from 12.06.2014 to 01.07.2014 (20 Trips).

There is no change in the timings, stoppages, route and the schedule of both the directions.

Special Trains between Aurangabad - Tirupati & Secunderabad – Guwahati to run for some more trips

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, South Central Railway will extend the run of Special Trains between Aurangabad - Tirupati and Secunderabad – Guwahati  for some more trips as per the following schedule:-

1.Aurangabad – Tirupati – Aurangabad Special Train  (2 services):

Train No. 07405 Aurangabad-Tirupati Special Train will depart Aurangabad at 03:00 pm o­n 6th June , 2014 (Friday) and arrive Tirupati at 03:30 pm o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.07406 Tirupati-Aurangabad Special train will depart Tirupati at 05:10 pm o­n 7th June, 2014 (Saturday) and arrive Aurangabad at 08:00 pm o­n the next day.

 Enroute, these special trains will stop at Jalna, Parbhani, Purna, Nanded, Mudhked, Basar, Nizambad, Kamareddi, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Venkatagiri, Srikalahasti and Renigunta
stations in both directions.

These special trains will consist of 15 Coaches viz., o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two General Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.



2.Secunderabad-Guwahati-Secunderabad Special Train (4 services):

Train No. 07249 Secunderabad - Guwahati Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 07:30 am o­n 13thand 20th June, 2014 (Fridays) and arrive Guwahati at 07:55 am o­n the second day i.e., Sundays.

In the return direction, Train No.07250 Guwahati - Secunderabad Special Train will depart Guwahati at 06:00 am o­n 16th and 23rdJune, 2014 (Mondays) and arrive Secunderabad at 10:00 am o­n the second day i.e., Wednesdays.

Enroute, these trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Anakapalli, Duvada, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram, Palasa, Berhampur, Kurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur, Howrah, Bolpur, Rampurhat, Malda Town, Barsoi, Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, Dhupguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, Kokrajhar, New Bongaigaon, Goalpura Town and Kamakhya stations in both the directions.

These trains will have 16 coaches viz, o­ne Ist AC cum AC II Tier, o­ne AC II Tier, Five Sleeper Class, Three General Second Class Chair Car, Four General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.


Advance booking will open for these trains at 08:00 am tomorrow i.e., o­n 4thJune, 2014.

EXTENSION OF RUN OF TRAIN NO. 05023/05024 BETWEEN GORAKHPUR- PUNE WEEKLY SUMMER SPECIAL

For the convenience of rail passengers, Railway has decided to extend the trips of 05023/05024 Gorakhpur- Pune- Gorakhpur (Weekly) summer special train (04 trips in each direction) as follows-

The trips of 05023 Gorakhpur- Pune (Weekly) summer special train will be extended from 05.06.2014 to 26.06.2014 ( 04 trips) on every Thursday while in the return direction, the 05024 Pune- Gorakhpur (Weekly) summer special train  will be extended from 07.06.2014 to 28.06.2014 ( 04 trips) on every Saturday.

The other features like composition, route, stoppages, timings etc. will remain unchanged in both the directions.  

Howrah Chennai Premium Special extended

RAILWAY EXTEND SERVICES OF 02017/02018 LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINAL-GORAKHPUR PREMIUM SUPERFAST SPECIAL

 For the facility of rail passengers during the current peak Summer rush season, the Railways have decided to extend the services of the 02017/02018 Lokmanya Tilak Terminal –Gorakhpur - Lokmanya Tilak Terminal Premium Superfast Special with existing timings, composition & stoppages for o­ne trip as per the following programme:-

02017/02018 LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINAL -GORAKHPUR-LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINAL PREMIUM SPECIAL

02017 Lokmanya Tilak Terminal –GorakhpurPremium Special Trainwill depart from Lokmanya Tilak Terminal o­n Sunday  on 01 June 2014  (total 01Trip) while in the return direction, 02018 Gorakhpur- Lokmanya Tilak Terminal Premium Special Trainwill depart from Gorakhpur on Tuesday, o­n  03 June 2014 (total 01 Trip) .

There is no change in the timings, stoppages and the schedule of both the above  premium trains

Secunderabad – Hubli Tri-Weekly Summer Special Extended

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, Tri-weekly special train currently running between Secunderabad and Hubli is extended for Thirty Eight more services between 17th May and 29th June, 2014 as per the following schedule:-

Train No. 07320 Secunderabad – Hubli Tri-Weekly special train will depart Secunderabad at 04:00 pm o­n Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 18th May to 29th June 2014 and arrive Hubli at 07:50 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07319 Hubli-Secunderabad Tri-Weekly special train will depart Hubli at 08:50 pm o­n Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 17thMay to 28th June 2014 and arrive Secunderabad at 11:45am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these trains will stop at Begumpet, Lingampalli, Vikarabad, Tandur, Sedam, Chittapur, Wadi, Shahabad, Gulburga, Ganagapur, Hotgi, Indi Rd, Bijapur, Bagevadi Rd, Almatti, Bagalkot, Badami, Hole Alur, Gadag and Annigeri stations in both the directions.

These special trains will have 16 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches with accommodation for differently abled people.
