In order to clear extra rush of traffic, Special trains are being run between Visakhapatnam - Kollam, Shirdi & Nizamabad and between Bhubaneshwar-Tirupati & Pune as per the following schedule:
1) Train No.08577/08578 Visakhapatnam-Kollam-Visakhapatnam Sabarimalai Weekly Special Trains
Train No. 08577 Visakhapatnam-Kollam Special Express train will depart Visakhapatnam on 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd January 2011 (Sunday) at 9.00 hrs and arrive Kollam at 15.30 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No.08578 Kollam-Visakhapatnam Sabarimalai Special Express train will depart Kollam on 3rd,10th ,17th and 24th January, 2011(Monday) at 19.15 hrs and arrive Visakhapatnam at 23.45 hrs on the next day.
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Tuni, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Bapatla, , Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, , Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tirupur, Podanur, Palakkad, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur and Kayankulam in both the directions. These special trains will have one AC II Tier, One AC III Tier, two First Class, four Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two Second Class, Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches totaling to sixteen.
2) Train No.08567/08568 Visakhapatnam-Sai Nagar Shirdi-Visakhapatnam Special Trains
Train No. 08567 Visakhapatnam -Sai Nagar Shirdi Special Express Train will depart Visakhapatnam on 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th January, 2nd ,9th ,16th and 23rd February 2011 (Wednesday) at 05.30 hrs, arrive/depart Secunderabad at 18.10/18.30 hrs and arrive Sai Nagar Shirdi at 11.00 on the next day. In the return direction, Train No.08568 Sai Nagar Shirdi- Visakhapatnam Special Train will depart Sai Nagar Shirdi on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January and 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th February 2011 (Thursday) at 18.20 hrs,arrive/depart Secunderabad at 09.45/10.00 hrs next day and arrive Visakhapatnam at 22.45 hrs .
Enroute, these trains will also stop at Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadipalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal, Kazipet, Bolarum,Kamareddi, Nizamabad, Basar, Nanded, Purna, Parbahni, Jalna, Auranagabad, Nagarsol, Manmad, Kopergoan and Puntumba in both the directions. These trains will have one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, nine Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van coaches totaling to 17.
3) Train No.08565/08566 Visakhapatnam-Nizamabad-Visakhapatnam weekly Special Train
Train No.08565 Visakhapatnam-Nizamabad weekly Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam on 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th January and 1st ,8th ,15th ,22nd ,February and 1st ,8th ,15th ,22nd and 29th March,2011 (Tuesdays) at 19 30 hrs, arrive/depart Secunderabad at 08.20/08.40 hrs next day and arrive Nizamabad at 11 50 hrs. In the return direction, Train No.08566 Nizamabad-Visakhapatnam weekly Special Train will depart Nizamabad on 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th January and 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd February and 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March ,2011(Wednesdays) at 18.10 hrs arrive/depart Secunderabad at 21.10/21.30 hrs and arrive Visakhapatnam at 10 15 hrs on the next day.
Enroute, these trains will also stop at Duvvada, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Kazipet , and Kamareddi in both the directions. These special trains will have one AC II Tier, One AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, fiver General Second Class, one Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van for disabled, two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches and one Pantry car totaling to 18.
4) Train No.08471/08472 Bhubaneshwar-Tirupati-Bhubaneshwar weekly Special Train
Train No.08471 Bhubaneshwar-Tirupati weekly Special Train will depart Bhubaneshwar on 1st, 8th, 15th ,22nd, 29th January and 5th ,12th ,19th , 26th February and 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th March 2011 (Saturdays) at 11 45 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 09.45 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No.08472 Tirupati - Bhubaneshwar weekly Special Train will depart Tirupati on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January and 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th February and 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th March, 2011 (Sundays) at 14 00 hrs and arrive Visakhapatnam at 14 00 hrs on the next day.
Enroute, these trains will stop at Khurda Road, Balugoan,Berhampur, Palasa Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Duvvada, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Guntur,Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta in both the directions. These special trains will have two AC II Tier, One AC III Tier, seven Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches totaling to 16.
5) Train No.08482/08481 Bhubaneshwar-Pune-Bhubaneshwar Special Trains
Train No.08482 Bhubaneshwar-Pune Special Train will depart Bhubaneshwar on 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th January 2011 (Tuesdays) at 22 15 hrs, arrive/depart Secunderabad at 17.40/17.50 hrs and arrive Pune at 05 00 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No.08481 Pune-Bhubaneshwar Special Train will depart Pune on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th January, 2011 (Thursdays) at 11.15 hrs, arrive/depart Secunderabad at 21.30/21.40 hrs and arrive Bhubaneshwar at 17.35 hrs on the next day.
