In view of the cancellation / partial cancellation of some of the trains due to proposed Rail Roko from 15thOctober, 2011 to 17th October, 2011,passengers holding a confirmed e-ticket are advised to apply for refund on the IRCTC website.
The refund for the confirmed tickets will not be automatically done on the website. The refund will be done only on specifically applying on the IRCTC website www.irctc.co.in.
