Ministry of Railways have decided to de-link 17416/17415 Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) - Tirupati Haripriya Express and 17429/17430 Hyderabad-Tirupati Rayalaseema Express and run as independent trains with effect from 15.2.2011. The details of commencement of regular services are as under-
17416 Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur)-Tirupati Haripriya Express leaving Kolhapur on 16.2.2011 will be the last train having both Tirupati and Hyderabad portions. This train on arrival at Guntakal will run as two independent trains. After delinking this train will leave Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) at 11.35 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 08.00 hrs next day. 17415 Tirupati - Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) Haripriya Express train arriving Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Kolhapur) on 15.2.2011 will be the last train having both Hyderabad and Tirupati portions. After delinking this train will leave Tirupati at 20.30 hrs and arrive Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) at 16.35 hrs next day. There will be no change in commercial halts of this train even after delinking.
Composition- This train will run with 15 coaches including One AirConditioned 2-tier, One Air-conditioned 3-tier, 8 Sleeper class, 3 General Second class and 2 General second class cum guards’ brakevan.
Subsequent to delinking of Haripriya Express and Rayalaseema Express, slip coach service run between Hyderabad and Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur) will be withdrawn w.e.f. 15.2.2011 Ex. Hyderabad and w.e.f. 17.2.2011 Ex. Sri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur).
