Ministry of Railways has going to introduce a new Tri – Weekly Superfast Express between Ahmedabad – Agra Fort w.e.f. 10th February 2011 . On its Inaugural run the train will run as 02548 between Ahmedabad– Agra Fort. Train No. 12548 Ahmedabad – Agra Fort will pick up its regular service on 12th February,2011.
Train No. 12548Ahmedabad – Agra Fort Tri - Weekly Superfast Express will depart at 16.55 hrs from 12th February, 2011 on Monday , Wednusday & Saturdayand arrive Agra Fortat 08.10 hrs on next day Similarly, Train No. 12547 Agra Fort – Ahmedabad Tri - Weekly Superfast Express will depart at 22.25 hrs from Agra Fortfrom 11th Febuary , 2011 on Tuesday ,Friday & Sunday and arriveAhmmedabad at 14.00 hrs on next day.The train will halt at Abu Road , Marwar Jn.,Ajmer Jn., Jaipurand Bharatpur stations in both directions.The train will have AC II tier , AC III tier, sleeper class and General II class coaches.
The date of booking of the inaugural train and the regular train service will open w.e.f. 10th February , 2011.
