South Central Railway will introduce a Weekly Superfast Express Train between Tirupati and Karimnagar, which will be inaugurated from Tirupati on 29th May 2013. Thereafter, the regular services will commence from 30th May 2013 (inaugural train service from Karimnagar). The schedule of the Superfast Express Train service is as follows:
1.Train No. 12761 / 12762 Tirupati-Karimnagar-Tirupati Weekly Superfast Express:
Inaugural Service:
Train No. 02761 Tirupati-Karimnagar Superfast Express on its inaugural run will depart Tirupati on 29thMay 2013 at 15 30 hrs and arrive Karimnagar at 04 15 hrs on the next day.
Regular Service:
Train No. 12762 Karimnagar-Tirupati Weekly Superfast Express will depart Karimnagar every Thursday from 30thMay 2013 at 19 15 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 08 05 hrs on the next day.
In the opposite direction, Train No. 12761 Tirupati-Karimnagar Weekly Superfast Express will depart Tirupati every Wednesday from 5thJune 2013 at 22 40 hrs and arrive Karimnagar at 11 15 hrs on the next day.
Enroute these trains will stop at Peddapalli, Jammikunta, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Madhira, Vijayawada, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti and Renigunta stations in both the directions.
These trains will comprise of one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches totaling to eighteen coaches.
South Central Railway will introduce two new Express Trains viz., Secunderabad-Shalimar (Kolkata) Air Conditioned Weekly Superfast Express and Kacheguda-Madurai Weekly Express, as announced in the Railway Budget 2012. These two new Express Trains, on their Inaugural run will be Flagged Off from Secunderabad Railway Station on 28th May 2013 at 11 00 hrs by Shri Kotla Jaya Surya Prakash Reddy, Hon’ble Minister of State for Railways and Shri M. Anjan Kumar Yadav, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Secunderabad in the presence of other public representatives and dignitaries.
The schedule of the two new Express Trains is as follows:
1.Train No. 12774 / 12773 Secunderabad-Shalimar-Secunderabad Weekly A/C Superfast Express:
Inaugural Service:
Train No. 02774 Secunderabad-Shalimar A/C Superfast Express on its inaugural run will depart Secunderabad on 28th May 2013 at 11 00 hrs and arrive Shalimar at 14 35 hrs on the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 02773 Shalimar-Secunderabad A/C Superfast Express will depart Shalimar on 29th May 2013 at 19 00 hrsand arrive Secunderabad at 22 00 hrs on the next day.
Regular Service:
Train No. 12774 Secunderabad-Shalimar A/C Weekly Superfast Express will depart Secunderabad every Tuesday from 4th June 2013 at 05 30 hrs and arrive Shalimar at 09 05 hrs on the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 12773 Shalimar-Secunderabad A/C Weekly Superfast Express will depart Shalimar every Wednesday from 5th June 2013 at 16 05 hrs and arrive Secunderabad at 19 00 hrs on the next day.
Enroute these trains will stop at Warangal, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Rd, Brahmapur, Khurda Rd, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack , Balasore, Kharagpur and Santragachi stations in both the directions.
These trains will comprise of one First AC, three AC II Tier, eleven AC III Tier and two Generator cum Brake Van Coaches totalling to seventeen coaches.
2.Train No. 17615 / 17616 Kacheguda-Madurai- Kacheguda Weekly Express:

Train No. 07615 Kacheguda-Madurai Weekly Express on its inaugural run will depart Kacheguda on 28th May 2013 at 11 00 hrs and arrive Madurai at 12 00 hrs on the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07616 Madurai - Kacheguda Weekly Express will depart Madurai on 29th May 2013 at 15 00 hrs and arrive Kacheguda at 16 00 hrs on the next day.
Regular Service:
Train No. 17615 Kacheguda-Madurai Weekly Express will depart Kacheguda at 06 05 hrs every Saturday from 1st June 2013 and arrive Madurai at 07 00 hrs on the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 17616 Madurai - Kacheguda Weekly Express will depart Madurai at 12 50 hrs every Sunday from 2nd June 2013 and arrive Kacheguda at 14 05 hrs on the next day.
Enroute these trains will stop at Mahboobnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool Town, Dhone, Ananthapur, Dharmavaram, Madanapalle Rd, Piler, Pakala, Chittoor, Katpadi, Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Karur, Tiruchchirrapalli, Dindigul and Kodaikanal Rd stations in both the directions.
