For the convenience of the rail passengers, Northern Railway has decided to provide additional stoppage to the 12497/12498 New Delhi – Amritsar- New Delhi Shan-E–Punjab Express train at Khanna station from 15.05.2013 on experimental basis for six months as per the under-mentioned programme:
The 12497 New Delhi – Amritsar Shan-E–Punjab Express Train will arrive at Khanna station at 11.19 a.m., while in return direction, the 12498 Amritsar- New Delhi Shan-E–Punjab Express Train will arrive at Khanna station at 06.01 p.m. with two minutes stoppage in both the directions. The other features like timings, composition, route, stoppages etc. will remain as unchanged.
