Intercity Express to stop at Namtiali station

15603 / 15604 Kamakhya - Ledo Intercity Express will stop at Namtiali station w.e.f. 19-09-2014 for six months o­n experimental basis.Train number 15603 from Kamakhya will arrive Namtiali station at 05-03 hrs and depart at 05-05 hrs. While train number 15604 from Ledo will reach Namtiali station at 19-13 hrs. and depart at 19-15 hrs.

TEMPORARY STOPPAGES FOR TRAINS AT FEROK RAILWAY STATION

To facilitate HAJ pilgrims, the following trains have been provided a temporary stoppage of 3 minutes duration at Ferok railway station, in Shoranur – Kozhikkode section, as given below.

Train No.12685 Chennai Central – Mangalore express leaving Chennai Central from 13.09.2014 to 27.09.2014 & 19.10.2014 to 02.11.2014.Arr./Dep. at Ferok – 03.57 / 04.00 hrs.

Train No.12686 Mangalore – Chennai Central express leaving Mangalore from 14.09.2014 to 28.09.2014 & 20.10.2014 to 03.11.2014.Arr./Dep. at Ferok – 20.27 / 20.30 hrs.

Train No.22637 Chennai Central – Mangalore West Coast express leaving Chennai Central from 14.09.2014 to 28.09.2014 & 20.10.2014 to 03.11.2014.Arr./Dep. at Ferok – 23.17 / 23.20 hrs.

Train No.22638 Mangalore – Chennai Central West Coast express leaving Mangalore from 13.09.2014 to 27.09.2014 & 19.10.2014 to 02.11.2014.Arr./Dep. at Ferok – 02.32 / 02.35 hrs.

The duration of stoppage for the following trains at Ferok railway station has been increased from 1 minute to 3 minutes.

Train No.16860 Mangalore – Chennai Egmore express leaving Mangalore from 14.09.2014 to 28.09.2014 & 20.10.2014 to 03.11.2014.Arr./Dep. at Ferok – 11.27 / 11.30 hrs.

EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY STOPPAGES OF THE TRAINS

For the convenience of the rail passengers, the Railway has decided to extend the experimental stoppages to the Train Nos. 14311/14321   Bareilly- Bhuj Ala Hazrat   Express (Daily) Express at Rajgarh& 15013/15014 Bhagat ki Kothi-Kathgodam Ranikhet (Daily) Express at Khairthal upto 30.09.2014 o­nly.

Train halt at Tirusulam

Southern Railway has announced that Chennai Egmore – Puducherry – Chennai Egmore Express will stop at Tirusulam Railway Station temporarily for a period of four months with effect from June 13 to October 12 on an experimental basis.

The Chennai Egmore – Puducherry Express (16115) will halt at 18.27 and the Puducherry – Chennai Egmore Express (16116) will halt at Tirusulam station at 08.55.

Temporary stoppages withdrawn from July 1st 2014.

Temporary Stoppage Withdrawn

TEMPORARY STOPPAGE AT NERLAKATTE STATION

South Western Railway has decided to provide one minute stoppage at NERLAKATTE station situated between Kabakaputtur-Bantawal stations on Mysore Division for Train Nos.56642/56643 Kabakaputtur-Mangalore-Kabakaputtur Passengers; Train Nos. 56644/56645 Mangalore-Kabakaputtur-Mangalore Passengers & Train Nos.56646/56647 Subrahmanya Road-Mangalore-Subrahmanya Road Passengers on experimental basis with effect from 30th May, 2014 to 30th September, 2014.

Temporary halt

South Western Railway has decided to continue the temporary halt provided for one minute at Hanakere station, situated between Maddur and Mandya stations on Mysore Division, for Train Nos. 56213/56214 Chamarajanagar- Tirupati- Chamarajanagar Passenger till June 30, a release said. Accordingly, Train No. 56213 Chamarajnagar-Tirupati Passenger will arrive at and depart from Hanakere station at 6.03/6.04 p.m. In the return direction, Train No.56214 Tirupati-Chamarajnagar Passenger will arrive at and depart from Hanakere station at 9.03/9.04 a.m. till June 30.

STOPPAGE TO NEW DELHI- BHAGALPUR EXPRESS AT ABHAIPUR STATION

For the convenience of rail passengers, the Railways have decided to provide  an additional stoppage to train no. 12349/12350 Bhagalpur- New Delhi- Bhagalpur Express at Abhaipur station with immediate effect o­n an experimental basis for 3 months as per following programme:-

The 12349 Bhagalpur- New Delhi Express will arrive at Abhaipur Station at 06.56 p.m. while in the return direction the 12350 New Delhi- Bhagalpur Express will arrive at Abhaipur station at 06.17 p.m. with two minutes stoppage in both the directions with immediate effect.

The other features viz. schedule, timings, composition, route etc will remain unchanged

For the convenience of rail passengers, the Railways have decided to provide additional stoppages on an experimental basis for 3 months as per following programme:-

Stoppage of 12483/12484 Amritsar – Kochuveli Express & 12287/12288 Dehradun – Kochuveli Express at Udupi
The 12483 Kochuveli- Amritsar Express & 12287 Kochuveli- Dehradun Express will arrive at Udupi Station at 09.44 p.m. while in the return direction the 12484 Amritsar– Kochuveli Express & 12288 Dehradun – Kochuveli Express will arrive at Udupi station at 01.10 a.m. with two minutes stoppage in both the directions with immediate effect for 3 months.

Stoppage of 12473/12474 Ahemdabad – Jammu Tawi Express at Shamgarh Station
The 12473 Ahemdabad – Jammu Tawi Express will arrive at Shamgarh Station at 08.05 p.m. while in the return direction, the 12474 Jammu Tawi- Ahemdabad Express will arrive at Shamgarh Station at 05.38 a.m. with two minutes stoppage in both the directions from 08.03.2014 for 3 months.

The 12475 Hapa – Jammu Tawi Express will arrive at Shamgarh Station at 08.05 p.m. while in the return direction, the 12476 Jammu Tawi- Hapa Express will arrive at Shamgarh Station at 05.38 a.m. with two minutes stoppage in both the directions with immediate effect for 3 months.

The other features viz. schedule, timings, composition, route etc will remain unchanged.
