Extension and Increase in Frequency of 17613/14 Pune- Hazur Sahib Nanded Express

Railways have decided to change the days of service and timings of 17613/17614 Pune- Hazur Sahib Nanded – Pune (Tri-Weekly) Express to Six days a week.

 As such, the reservation facility for this train leaving o­n and from 1.8.2016 is disabled across PRS counters and internet to enable extension and timings.

 Bookings opening date for 17613 Express with revised timings and frequency from Panvel to Hazur Sahib Nanded will be advised later.

INCREASES IN FREQUENCY OF UTTER PRADESH SAMPARK KRANTI EXPRESS

For the convenience of rail passengers, Northern Railway has decided to increase the frequency of the train nos. 12447/12448 & 22447/22448 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Manikpur/Khajuraho- Hazrat Nizamuddin Utter Pradesh Sampark Kranti express from six days a weekto dailyfrom 03.09.2014 & 04.09.2014 respectively from HazratNizamuddin .

  There will be no change in the composition, timings, route & stoppages etc. of train no. 12447/12448 & 22447/22448 Nizamuddin – Manikpur/Khajuraho Utter Pradesh Sampark Kranti express.

FREQUENCY OF PREMIUM SUPER FAST SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN BHUBANESWAR & BANGALORE INCREASED FROM WEEKLY TO BI-WEEKLY

With an aim to provide comfortable journey to the commuters and to avoid rush in different regular trains, East Coast Railway has decided to increase the frequency of weekly Premium Super Fast Special Train between Bhubaneswar and Bangalore to bi-weekly. The services of this train has been increased till 23rd October 2014. The destination of this train has also been changed to Bangalore Cant instead of Yesvantpur and the timings have been revised w.e.f. 9th August 2014.

00851 Bhubaneswar-Bangalore Cant bi-weekly Premium Super Fast Special train will leave Bhubaneswar at 2250hrs. o­n every Wednesday and Saturday between 9th August to 22nd October 2014 and will arrive at Bangalore Cant at 2120hrs o­n Thursdays & Sundays. In the return direction, 00852 Bangalore Cant-Bhubaneswar bi-weekly Premium Super Fast Special will leave Bangalore Cant at 2350hrs o­n every Thursday & Sunday between 10th August to 23rd October 2014 and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 2315hrs o­n Fridays & Mondays during the period.

This train will run with o­ne AC-2 tier, Four AC-3 tiers, Eleven Sleeper Class Coaches, Two Guard cum Luggage Vans and o­ne Pantry Car in its composition having stoppages at Brahmapur, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Renigunta and Jolarpetai between Bhubaneswar & Bangalore Cant.

The 09417 Ahmedabad-Delhi Sarai Rohilla “Premium” A.C. “Super Fast” special trainwill run o­n every Sunday,Tuesday &Friday on 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27&30 May 2014 from Ahmedabad.(Total 13 trips)

In the return direction, the 09418 Delhi Sarai Rohilla - Ahmedabad“Premium” A.C. “Super Fast” special train will run on every Monday ,Wednesday& Saturday o­n 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28 & 31 May 2014 from Delhi Sarai Rohilla. (Total 13 trips).

Augmentation

The 09417/09418 Ahmedabad –Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Ahmedabad “Premium” A.C. “Super Fast” special train will also be augmented by o­ne additional A.C. 2 Tier Coach from both the directions.

The other features viz. timings, stoppages &route etc. will remain unchanged.

RAILWAY INCREASES FREQUENCY OF NEW DELHI-RANCHI EXPRESS AND CHANGES DAYS OF RUN OF THE RANCHI RAJDHANI EXPRESS

For the convenience of rail passengers, the Railway has decided to increase the frequency of the 12877 /12878 Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Exp. (from Bi-weekly to Tri-weekly service) from both directions. It is also hereby notified to the general public that the Railway has decided to change the days of run of the 12439/12440 Ranchi – New Delhi Rajdhani Exp. (via Gomoh) & 12453/12454 Ranchi – New Delhi Rajdhani Exp. (via Barkakana) as per the under-mentioned programe. Consequent to the increased frequency of the Garib Rath trains and the need for rationalizing the rake links of the enhanced services, the 12878 New Delhi- Ranchi Garib Rath Exp. scheduled to run from New Delhi and the 12454 New Delhi – Ranchi Rajdhani Exp. (via Barkakana) from New Delhi o­n 28.06.2014 will remain cancelled.

A. FREQUENCY OF 12877 /12878 RANCHI-NEW DELHI GARIB RATH EXPRESS ENHANCED FROM BI-WEEKLY TO TRI-WEEKLT SERVICE

The frequency of the 12877 /12878 Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express will be increased from Bi-weekly to Tri-weekly service from   29.06.014 from New Delhi and from 30.06.2014 from Ranchi. The 12877  Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express will run o­n  every Monday, Tuesday & Friday as against the existing days of run viz. Monday & Friday from 30.06.14 and in the return direction, the 12878 New Delhi - Ranchi Garib Rath Express will run o­n  every Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday as against the existing days of run viz. Wednesday & Sat from 29.06.14

B. CHANGE IN DAYS OF RUN OF 12439/12440 RANCHI – NEW DELHI RAJDHANI EXP. (VIA GOMOH) & 12453/12454 RANCHI – NEW DELHI RAJDHANI EXP. (VIA BARKAKANA):

The 12440 New Delhi - Ranchi Rajdhani Exp. via Gomoh will run from New Delhi o­n every Monday & Friday instead of Tuesday & Friday from 30.06.14. While in the returning direction, 12439 Ranchi – New Delhi Rajdhani Exp. via Gomoh will run from Ranchi o­n every Wednesday & Saturday instead of Wednesday & Sunday from 02.07.14.

The 12453 Ranchi – New Delhi Rajdhani Exp. via Barkakana will run from Ranchi o­n every Thursdays & Sunday  instead of Sat &Tue from 02.07.14. While in the returning direction, the 12454 New Delhi - Ranchi Rajdhani Exp. via Barkakana will run from New Delhi o­n every Wednesday & Saturday  instead of Monday &   Thursday from 02.07.14 . 

WR INCREASES FREQUENCY FROM BI-WEEKLY TO TRI-WEEKLY

Western Railway has decided to increase the frequency from Bi-weekly to Tri-weekly & also extend the trips of 09417/09418 Ahmedabad- Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Ahmedabad Premium A.C “Superfast” special train with revised halt, composition & timings upto 31st May, 2014.

Train No. 09417 Ahmedabad-Delhi Sarai Rohilla Tri-weekly AC Premium Superfast Special train departing from Ahmedabad at 16.10 hrs o­n every Friday, Sunday & Tuesday and reaching Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 06.50 hrs. o­n next day. This train is extended from 02nd May, 2014 to 30thMay, 2014.

Similarly, Train No. 09418 Delhi Sarai Rohilla - Ahmedabad Tri-Weekly AC Premium Superfast Special train departing from Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 16.15 hrs o­n every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday and reaching Ahmedabad at 07.00 hrs o­n next day. This train is extended from 03rdMay, 2014 to 31st May, 2014.

The train will halt at Palanpur, Ajmer and Jaipur stations in both directions.

The train will have AC II Tier and AC III Tier Coaches and pantry car.

No waitlisted tickets shall be issued. There will be no refund except when the train is fully cancelled o­n railway account due to unforeseen circumstances or due to severe disturbances affecting operations. Adult fare shall be charged for all passengers irrespective of their age. No concession shall be applicable to this train.

The booking of these trains will be available o­nly through Internet. The booking of train no. 09417 departing Ahmedabad o­n 02nd May, 04th May and 06th May, 2014 shall be available from 23rd April, 2014 o­nly through internet, that is IRCTC’s portal and not through the counters at reservation centres. Booking of rest of the trips may be open with Advance Reservation Period of Maximum 15 days. The passengers are required to carry the prescribed original photo identity card which is used at the time of booking. The fares applicable for each day/transaction shall be indicated at the time of booking o­n the IRCTC’s e-ticketing website.

The advance reservation period will be shorter, that is a maximum of 15 days. The fare is also likely to increase depending o­n the demand intensity.

Only e-tickets will be permitted for booking.

INCREASE IN FREQUENCY OF INDORE-AMRITSAR EXPRESS FROM WEEKLY TO BI-WEEKLY

Railways has increased the frequency of Train No.19325/26 Indore-Amritsar Express from Weekly to Bi-Weekly.

Accordingly, Train No. 19325 Indore- Amritsar Express which runs o­n Tuesday Ex Indore at present is now run o­n Tuesday & Friday  (2 days) ) Ex Indore.

Similarly, Train No. 19326 Amritsar -Indore Express which runs on Wednesday Ex Amritsar at present is now run on Wednesday & Saturday (2 days) Ex Amritsar.

The frequency has been increased from 04th April,2014.

As announced in Railway Budget – 2013,Railway has decided to increase the frequency of running of train no. 12687/12688-22687/22688 Madurai – Dehradun/Chandigarh Express from weekly to Bi- Weekly as per the following programme:-

The 12687-22687 Madurai – Dehradun/Chandigarh Express train will run on every Wednesday & Sunday (Bi-weekly) instead of Wednesday (weekly) from 30.03.2014 while in return direction, the 12688-22688 Chandigarh/Dehradun- Madurai Express train will run on every Monday & Friday (Bi-weekly)instead of Monday (weekly) from 04.04.2014.

The other features viz. timings, stoppages, composition, route etc. will remain unchanged.

Pune-Indore Express to Run Four Times a Week

Railways have decided to increase the frequency of 19311/19312 Pune-Indore Express from Tri weekly to Four times a week as per details given below:

Ministry of Railways have decided to increase the frequency of 11453 / 11454 Nagpur – Ahmedabad Prerana Express from Bi-Weekly to Tri-Weekly with effect from 9.2.2014. The details are as under:-

Tr. No. 18519/18520 Visakhapatnam-Mumbai LTT-Visakhapatnam Express will be increased from 4 days in a week to daily.

Accordingly, Train No. 18519 Visakhapatnam-Mumbai LTT Express will depart Visakhapatnam on all days with effect from 30th January, 2014.

         In the return direction, Train No. 18520 Mumbai LTT-Visakhapatnam Express will depart Mumbai LTT on all days with effect from 1st February, 2014.

Increase in Frequency of 17213/17214 Narasapur-Nagarsol Express

At present Train No. 17213/17214 Narasapur-Nagarsol Express via Kazipet is running four days a week which will be increased to five days a week from 2nd December 2013 Ex. Narasapur and 3rd December 2013 Ex. Nagarsol.

Accordingly, Train No. 17213 Narasapur-Nagarsol Express will depart Narasapur on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays up to 5th February 2014. From 6th February 2014, the train will depart Narasapur on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

In the return direction, Train No. 17214 Nagarsol-Narasapur Express will depart Nagarsol on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays up to 6th February 2014. From 7th February 2014, the train will depart Nagarsol on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

There will be no change in stoppages, timings and coach composition of the train.

The frequency of Train Nos. 17213/17214 Narsapur-Nagarsol-Narsapur Express has been increased to 4 days in a week from the present twice a week.

Accordingly, Train No. 17213 Narsapur-Nagarsol Express will depart Narsapur on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with effect from 25th September, 2013.

In the return direction, Train No. 17214 Nagarsol-Narsapur Express will depart Nagarsol on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays with effect from 26th September, 2013.

Increase in Frequency of New Delhi-Ludhiana Shatabdi
