South Western Railway (SWR) plans to run special trains and augment coaches for Dasara. The Railways plans to run the following special trains to clear extra rush during Dasara festival: Train Nos. 06203 / 06204 Mysore-Bangalore City-Mysore Dasara Express Special from October 5 to 9. Train No. 06203 Mysore-Bangalore City Dasara Express Special will leave Mysore at 9 a.m. and arrives at Bangalore City at 11.45 a.m. Train No. 06204 Bangalore City-Mysore Dasara Express Special will leave Bangalore City at 12.15 p.m. and arrive at Mysore at 3 p.m. The train will run from Mysore via Mandya, Ramanagaram and Kengeri to reach Bangalore City. Train Nos. 06207 / 06208 Mysore-Bangalore City-Mysore Passenger Special on October 6. Train No. 06207 Mysore-Bangalore City Dasara Express Special will leave Mysore at 10.45 p.m. on October 6 and arrives at Bangalore City at 2 a.m. on October 7. In the return direction, Train No. 06208 Bangalore City-Mysore Passenger special will leave Bangalore City at 2.15 a.m. and arrive at Mysore at 5.30 a.m. Train Nos. 06209 / 06210 Mysore-Bangalore City-Mysore Passenger Special from October 6 to 9. Train No. 06209 Mysore-Bangalore City Passenger Special will leave Mysore at 7.40 p.m. and arrives at Bangalore City at 11.10 p.m. In the return direction, Train No. 06210 Bangalore City-Mysore Passenger Special will leave Bangalore City at 12.15 a.m. on October 7 and arrive at Mysore at 4.30 a.m. Train Nos.56263/56264 Mysore-Bangalore City-Mysore Passenger will be augmented with two General Second Class Coaches from October 1 to 7.
