South Western Railway will run the following Special Trains to clear the extra rush of passengers.
1)Bangalore – Patna – Bangalore weekly specials (via. Chennai Central): T.No.06513 Bangalore – PatnaSpecial will leave Bangalore at 10.10 hrs. on Tuesdays from 12.06.2012 to 26.06.2012 and arrive Patna at 09.50 hrs. on Thursdays.T.No.06514 Patna – Bangalore Special will leave Patna at 20.20 hrs. on Thursdays from 14.06.2012 to 28.06.2012 and arrive Bangalore at 21.00 hrs. on Saturdays.The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 3-tier, 1 AC 2 tier-cum-3 tier, 10 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Bangalore Cantonment, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Chennai Central, Gudur, Vijayawada, Balharsha, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Mughalsarai, Buxar, Ara and Danapur.
2)Bangalore – Tirunelveli – Bangalore weekly specials: T.No.06515 Bangalore – Tirunelveli Special will leave Bangalore at 06.45 hrs. on Sundays from 10.06.2012 to 24.06.2012 and arrive Tirunelveli at 19.30 hrs. on the same day. T.No.06516 Tirunelveli – Bangalore Special will leave Tirunelveli at 22.55 hrs. on Sundays from 10.06.2012 to 24.06.2012 and arrive Bangalore at 12.50 hrs. the next day. The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 3-tier, 1 AC 2 tier-cum-3 tier, 10 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Bangalore Cantonment, Hosur, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode, Karur, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudunagar, Sattur, Kovilpatti and Vanchi Maniyachchi.
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence from 07.06.2012.
