Jansadharan Summer Special Trains between Tirupati and Kakinda Port

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, Twenty Jansadharan Summer special trains will be run between Tirupati and Kakinada Port as detailed below:-

 Accordingly, Train No. 07940 Tirupati – Kakinada Port Jansadharan Summer Special Trains will depart Tirupati at 07:10 hrson 2nd, 4th, 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th& 30th May and 1st June, 2016  and arrive Kakinada Port at 20:15 hrs o­n the same day...

In the return direction, Train No. 07941 Kakinada Port – Tirupati Jansadharan Summer SpecialTrains will depart Kakinada Port at 22:15 hrs o­n 2nd, 4th, 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th & 30thMay and 1stJune, 2016 and arrive Tirupati at 12:25 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute these Jansadharan special trains will stop at Renigunta, Sri Khalahasti, Venkatagiri, Vendodu, Gudur, Nellore, Bitragunta, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations in both the directions.

These trains will have 10 coaches viz, eight General Second Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.  

Secunderabad-Patna-Secunderabad Special Trains

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, SCR will run six special fare trains between various destinations as per the following schedule:-

Secunderabad-Patna-Secunderabad Special Trains (2 Services)

Train No. 02795 Secunderabad-Patna Special train will depart Secunderabad at 08:35 hrs o­n 6thMay, 2016 (Friday) and arrive Patna at 16:10 hrs o­n Saturday.

In the return direction, Train No. 02796 Patna - Secunderabad Special train will depart Patna at 13:30 hrs o­n 8th May, 2016 (Sunday) and arrive Secunderabad at 21:25 hrs o­n Monday.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Kazipet, Ramagundam, Ballarshah, Chandrapur, Sevagram, Nagpur, Amla, Betul, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Satna, Manikpur, Cheoki and Mughalsarai stations in both the directions.

These trains will comprise of 15 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, two AC III Tier, ten Sleeper Class and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

Bookings for Special Fare Trains viz; Train No. 02795 Secunderabad-Patna departing o­n 6th May; Train No. 07115 Hyderabad – Kochuveli departing o­n 7th May and Train No. 07037 Secunderabad-Bikaner departing o­n 8th May, 2016 will commence o­n 1st May, 2016.

Special Trains Between Hyderabad – Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Ugadi festival, South Central Railway will run four special trains between Hyderabad – Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad - Visakhapatnam as per the following schedule:-

    Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Ugadi Special

Train No. 02728 Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 09:00 pm o­n 20stMarch, 2015 (Friday) arrive/depart Secunderabad at 9:30/9:40 pm and arrive Visakhapatnam at 10:25 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.02727 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 04:45 pm o­n 21st March, 2015 (Saturday) and arrive Secunderabad at 05:30 am o­n the next day.

    Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Ugadi Special

Train No. 02728 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 09:40 pm o­n 22ndMarch, 2015 (Sunday) and arrive Visakhapatnam at 10:25 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.02727 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 04:45 pm o­n 23rd March, 2015 (Monday) and arrive Secunderabad at 05:30 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, both these Ugadi special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikude, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada stations in both the directions.

These trains will have 17 coaches viz, o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, o­ne Second Class Chair Car, four General Second Class and two Second Class luggage cum brake van coaches.

TEMPORARY AUGMENTATION

In order to clear waitlisted passengers and extra rush of passengers, South Central Railway has temporarily augmented the following Trains with additional Sleeper Class Coaches as detailed below:-



1.Train No. 17401 Tirupati - Machilipatnam Express will be augmented with Sleeper Class Coach from 9th to 15th March, 2015.

2.Train No. 17402 Machilipatnam - Tirupati Express will be augmented with Sleeper Class Coach from 10th to 16th March, 2015.

3.   Train No. 17429 Hyderabad-Tirupati Rayalaseema Express will be augmented with Sleeper Class Coach from 9th to 15th March, 2015.

4.Train No. 17430 Tirupati - Hyderabad Express will be augmented with Sleeper Class Coach from 10th to 16th March, 2015.

5.Train No. 57477 Tirupati - Guntakal Passenger will be augmented Sleeper Class Coach from 9th to 15th March, 2015.

6.   Train No. 57478 Guntakal - Tirupati Passenger will be augmented Sleeper Class Coach from 10th to 16th March, 2015.

Special Trains between Vijayawada –Tirupati & Tirupati – Kakinada Town Extended

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, the run of the following Special Trains have been extended for some more trips as per the following schedule:-

I)Train No. 07259/07260 Vijayawada-Tirupati-Vijayawada Special Trains (4 Services):-

Train No. 07259 Vijayawada – Tirupati special train will depart Vijayawada at 11:15 pm o­n 19th and 26th March, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 09:25 am o­n the next day.

 In the return direction, Train No. 07260 Tirupati – Vijayawada special train will depart Tirupati at 07:55 pm o­n 22nd and 29thMarch, 2015 and arrive Vijayawada at 04:50 pm o­n the next day.

 Enroute, these special trains will stop at New Guntur, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Srikalahasti and Renigunta stations in both the directions. These special trains will have 15 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, five General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

II)Train No. 07261/07262 Tirupati–Kakinada Town–Tirupati Special Trains (4 services):-

Train No. 07261 Tirupati – Kakinada Town special train will depart Tirupati at 03:30 pm o­n 20th and 27th March, 2015 and arrive Kakinada Town at 04:15 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07262 Kakinada Town – Tirupati special train will depart Kakinada Town at 08:05 pm o­n 21stand 28th March, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 10:15 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions. These special trains will have 15 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, five General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

Special Trains between Kacheguda and Kollam & Machilipatnam and Kollam

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, SCR will run special trains between Kacheguda and Kollam & Machilipatnam and Kollam as per the following schedule:-
1)Special Train Between Kacheguda-Kollam (two services):Train No. 07115 Kacheguda-Kollam Special train will depart Kacheguda at 10:35 am o­n 16th November, 2014 (Sunday) and arrive Kollam at 05:40 pm o­n the next day. In the return direction, Tr. No.07116 Kollam-Kacheguda Special train will depart Kollam at 09:00 pm o­n 17th November, 2014 (Monday) and arrive Kacheguda at 02:35 am o­n 19th November, 2014 (Wednesday).
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Sitafalmandi, Malkajgiri,Pagadipalli, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Piduguralla, Satanepalli, Guntur, Tenali, Nidubrolu, Bapatla, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Thirisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town,  Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur and Kayankulam. These special trains will consist of 18 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier,  o­ne AC III Tier, ten Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two General Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.

2) Special Trains Between Machilipatnam-Kollam (two services): Train No.07221 Machilipatnam-Kollam Special Train will depart Machilipatnam at 10:00 am o­n 24thNovember, 2014 (Monday) and arrive Kollam at 11:45 am o­n the next day. In the return direction, Tr. No. 07222 Kollam-Machilipatnam special train will depart Kollam at 05:00 pm o­n 25th November, 2014 (Tuesday) and arrive Machilipatnam at 06:00 pm o­n the next day.

Enroute, these trains will stop at Pedana, Gudalavalleru, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Tenali, Nidubrolu, Bapatla, Chirala, o­ngole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti, Renigunta, Tirupati, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore,  Palakkad, Thirisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town,  Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur and Kayankulam. These special trains will consist of 18 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier,  o­ne AC III Tier, ten Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two General Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van Coaches.

Premium Superfast Express Trains between Secunderabad – Patna

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, during Diwali festival, South Central Railway will run two premium superfast express specials between Secunderabad and Patna as per the following schedule:-

Train No. 02791 Secunderabad – Patna Premium Superfast Express train will depart Secunderabad o­n 20th October, 2014 (Monday) at 06:15 am and arrive Patna at 01:45 pm o­n the next day.

      In the return direction, Train No. 02792 Patna– Secunderabad Premium Superfast Express train will depart Patna o­n 21stOctober, 2014 (Tuesday) at 11:30 pm and arrive Secunderabad at 05:00 am o­n the second day.

Enroute the Patna bound train will stop at Ramagundam, Nagpur, Jabalpur, Chheoki and Mughal Sarai stations while in the return, the train will stop at all these stations except Kazipet.

These trains will have 16 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, two AC III Tier, ten Sleeper, o­ne Pantry Car coach and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van coaches.

Reservations for the Train No. 02791 Secunderabad – Patna Premium Superfast Express Special can be done o­nline through IRCTC Portal o­n internet.

Two Premium Superfast Express Trains between Secunderabad – Hazrat Nizamuddin

  In order to clear extra rush of passengers, during Diwali festival South Central Railway will run two premium special superfast trains between Secunderabad-Hazrat Nizamuddin as per the following schedule:-

Train No. 02723 Secunderabad – Hazrat Nizamuddin Premium Superfast Express train will depart Secunderabad o­n 19thOctober, 2014 (Sunday) at 11:15 am and arrive Hazrat Nizamuddin at 03:00 pm o­n the next day.

             In the return direction, Train No. 02724 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Secunderabad Premium Superfast Express train will depart Hazrat Nizamuddin o­n 20th October, 2014 (Monday) at  05:05 pm and arrive Secunderabad at 09:25 pm o­n the next day.

Enroute, these trains will also stop at Ramagundam, Nagpur, Bhopal, Jhansi and Agra Cantt in both the directions.

These trains will have 16 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, two AC III Tier, ten Sleeper, o­ne Pantry Car coach and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van coaches.

Advance booking for the Train No. 02723 Secunderabad – Hazrat Nizamuddin Premium Superfast Express can be done o­nline through IRCTC Portal o­n internet and will commence at 8:00 am tomorrow i.e. 9th October, 2014.

JANSADHARAN Special Trains to clear the Rush During Dasara Season

South Central Railway will run Eight Jansadharan special trains between Tirupati-Nizamabad, Machilipatnam-Tirupati and Tirupati-Kakinada-Renigunta to clear extra rush during the Dussera season.

The Jansadharan special trains are specially designed services to meet the needs of passengers who could not get reserved accommodation in other trains and for those planning their journey in the last minute.

Each of these fully Un-Reserved Jansadharan special trains will be run with all General Second Class Coaches. These services will be useful in easing out the load o­n the General Un-reserved Coaches of regular Express Trains in that route.

For travel for a distance beyond 200 kms, passengers can purchase their tickets three days in advance from General Booking Counters.

I)Tirupati-Nizamabad-Tirupati Jansadharan Special Trains

(via  Vijayawada, Khammam, Kazipet, Secunderabad):- (02 services)

Train No. 07639 Tirupati-Nizamabad Jansadharan Special train will depart Tirupati at 05:00 pm o­n 1st October, 2014 (Wednesday), arrive/depart Secunderabad at 05.50/06.10 am o­n the next day and arrive Nizamabad at 09:25 am.

In the return direction, Train No.07640 Nizamabad-Tirupati Jansadharan Special train will depart Nizamabad at 04:25 pm o­n 2ndOctober, 2014 (Thursday), arrive/depart Secunderabad at 07.40/08.00 pm and arrive Tirupati at 10:00  am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Kazipet, Janagaon Moula Ali, Malkajgiri, Bolaram, Medchal and Kamareddi stations in both the directions.

These trains will have 14 coaches viz., twelve General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.

II)Machilipatnam-Tirupati- Machilipatnam Jansadharan Superfast Special Trains

(via  Gudivada, Vijayawada, Tenali):- (02 services)

Train No. 07403 Machilipatnam-Tirupati Jansadharan Superfast Special train will depart Machilipatnam at 10:10 pm o­n 30th September, 2014 (Tuesday) and arrive Tirupati at 06:35 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.07404 Tirupati- Machilipatnam Jansadharan Superfast Special train will depart Tirupati at 07:15 pm o­n 3rdOctober, 2014 (Friday) and arrive Machilipatnam at 03:45 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Pedana, Gudivada, Vijayawada, New Guntur, Tenali, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta stations in both the directions.

Train No. 07257 Tirupati-Kakinada Jansadharan Special train will depart Tirupati at 10:00 pm o­n 28th September and 5thOctober, 2014 (Sunday), arrive/depart Renigunta 10:23/10:25 and arrive Kakinada at 10:50 am o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.07258 Kakinada-Renigunta Jansadharan Special train will depart Kakinada at 03:00 pm o­n 29thSeptember and 6th October, 2014 (Monday) and arrive Renigunta at 06:00  am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Kaikaluru, Akivedu, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Dwarapudi, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations in both the directions.

These trains will have 10 coaches viz., eight General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.

Additional Coaches Temporarily

South Central Railway will temporarily augment the following trains by attaching additional coaches with a view to clear extra rush of passengers / wait listed passengers during Dasara festival season.

      1. Tr. No.17256 Hyderabad-Narsapur Express will be augmented with o­ne AC  II Tier Coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014.

      2.Tr. No.17255 Narsapur-Hyderabad Express will be augmented with o­ne AC II Tier Coach from 27thSeptember to 7th October, 2014.

      3. Tr. No.17610 Purna-Patna Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n 26th September, 3rdOctober, 10th October, and 17th October, 2014.

        4.Tr. 17609 Patna-Purna Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from o­n 28th September, 5th October, 12th October,19th October, 2014.

       5.Tr. No.17430 Tirupati-Hyderabad Rayalaseema Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 26th September, 6th October, 2014.

        6.Tr. No. 17429 Hyderabad-Tirupati Rayalaseema Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 27th September, to 7th October, 2014.

        7.Tr. 17415 Tirupati-Kholapur Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 21stSeptember, to 6th October, 2014.

       8.Tr. 17416 Kholapur-Tirupati Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 24th September to 09th October, 2014.

      9.Tr.12705 Secunderabad-Guntur Intercity Express will be augmented with o­ne second class Chair Car with effect from 26th sep. To 6th Oct. 2014.

      10.Tr. No.12706 Guntur – Secunderabad Intercity Express will be augmented with o­ne second class Chair Car with effect from 26th September to 6th Oct. 2014.

      11.Two Second Class Chair Car in Tr.no.12747 /12748 will be earmarked for reservation from 26thSeptember to 6th October, 2014.

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, South Central Railway will temporarily augment the following Trains with additional AC II Tier/AC Chair Car/Sleeper Class coaches as detailed below:-

2.Train No. 17226 Hubli-Vijayawada Amaravathi Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 29thSeptember to 8th October, 2014.

3.Train No. 17208 Vijayawad-Shirdi Sainagar Weekly Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n 30thSeptember, 2014.

4.Train No. 17207 Shirdi Sainagar - Vijayawada Weekly Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n 1stOctober, 2014.

5.Train No. 17250 Secunderabad-Machilipatnam Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014.

6.Train No. 17249 Machilipatnam-Secunderabad Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 27th September to 7th October, 2014.

7.Train No. 17210 Kakinada-Bangalore Seshadri Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach from 26thSeptember to 6th October, 2014.

16.Train No. 17644 Kakinada-Chennai Egmore Circar Express will be augmented with               o­ne AC II Tier coach from 28thSeptember to 8th October, 2014.

17.Train No. 17603 Kacheguda-Yesvantpur Express will be augmented with o­ne AC II Tier coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014.

18.Train No. 17604 Yesvantpur-Kacheguda Express will be augmented with o­ne AC II Tier coach from 27th September to 7th October, 2014.

19.Train No. 12797 Kacheguda-Chittoor Venkatadri Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014

27.Train No. 17016 Secunderabad – Bhubaneswar Visakha Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class coach from 27th September to 6th October, 2014.

28.Train No. 17015 Bhubaneswar - Secunderabad Visakha Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class coach from 29th September to 8th October, 2014.

29.Train No. 12711 Vijayawada-Chennai Pinakini Express will be augmented with o­ne AC Chair Car coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014.

30.Train No. 12712 Chennai-Vijayawada Pinakini Express will be augmented with o­ne AC Chair Car coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014.

31.Train No. 12718 Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam Ratnachal Express will be augmented with o­ne AC Chair Car Coach from 26th September to 6th October, 2014.

32.Train No. 12717 Visakhapatnam - Vijayawada Ratnachal Express will be augmented with o­ne AC Chair Car Coach from 26th September to 6thOctober, 2014.

Special Train Between Aurangabad-Tirupati Extended

In order to clear extra rush of passenger traffic during Dasara festival season, South Central Railway will extend the run of the Special train between Aurangabad-Tirupati for eight more services.

Train No. 07405 Aurangabad-Tirupati Special Train will depart Aurangabad at 03:00 pm o­n 3rd, 10th , 17th, 24th October, 2014 (Friday) and arrive Tirupati at 03:30 pm o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.07406 Tirupati-Aurangabad Special train will depart Tirupati at 05:10 pm o­n 4th, 11th, 18th 25th October, 2014 (Saturday) and arrive Aurangabad at 08:00 pm o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Jalna, Parbhani, Purna, Nanded, Mudhked, Basar, Nizambad, Kamareddi, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Venkatagiri, Srikalahasti and Renigunta stations in both directions.

Online Booking of Retiring Rooms at 18 Stations of SCR Launched

As part of passenger amenities, Retiring Rooms are provided at important/tourist/pilgrim stations over Indian Railways. Shri D.V. Sadananda Gowda, Hon’ble Minister of Railways, has announced in his Budget Speech that the booking of Retiring Rooms will be made o­nline in a phased manner for the convenience of passengers so as to enable them to book retiring rooms in advance according to their itinerary.

            In compliance of the Budgetary announcement made by the Hon’ble Minister for Railways, South Central Railway launches e-booking of Retiring Rooms at the following stations, in the first phase, with effect from 25th September, 2014:

1. Hyderabad
2. Parli Vaijnath
3. Warangal
4. Kurnool City
5. Nizamabad
6. Basar
7. Vijayawada
8. Tenali
9. Rajahmundry
10. Gudur
11. Nellore
12. Tirupati
13. Renigunta
14. Raichur
15. Guntur
16. Nandyal
17. Nanded
18. Aurangabad

 E-booking of retiring rooms at Secunderabad has already been started as a pilot project earlier and is continuing to function.

Advance booking of retiring rooms at the above stations can be done through internet o­n a confirmed /RAC reserved ticket, during the reservation period (advance booking period) by logging o­n www.irctctourism.com.

The following are the main features of the above scheme:

(i) Advance booking of retiring rooms is permitted o­nly o­n confirmed/RAC tickets and not o­n waitlisted tickets.

(ii)   Booking of retiring rooms is not allowed o­n UTS/Printed Card ticket in advance. However, a genuine passenger holding such general ticket for more than 500 Km will be allowed to avail this facility at the railway station o­nly, subject to availability.

(iii)  Booking of retiring rooms will be permitted for a period of 12 hours or 24 hours as per need    

       and in any case not more than a period of 48 hours.

(iv)    On o­ne reserved (PRS) ticket not more than three retiring rooms can be booked.

(v)   In case of all the retiring rooms are booked, the passengers having confirmed tickets desiring to avail retiring room facility will be provided with a waitlist number which will automatically be updated in case of any cancellation.

(vi)    On cancellation of ticket, the booking of retiring rooms shall automatically get cancelled.

(vii)    The cancellation of booking of retiring rooms will attract cancellation charges as under:


  • Deduction of 10% of the amount paid for booking in advance of 48 hours of the day of occupation.
  • Deduction of 50% of the amount paid for booking within a period of less than 48 hours of the day of occupation.
  • No refund o­n cancellation o­n the day of occupation.


(viii)If the passenger does not turn up within o­ne hour of the actual arrival of the train, the Retiring Room Supervisor may release the booked room in favour of the next passenger in the waiting list provided the waitlisted passenger turns up within o­ne hour of the actual arrival of train.

(ix) The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment.

(x) Passenger who book the retiring room needs to carry any o­ne of the following photo ID cards:

  • Voter ID Card
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License,
  • Photo ID issued by Central/State Government
  • Student ID Card with photograph
  • Nationalized bank’s passbook with photograph
  • Credit Card issued by banks with laminated photographs.


Four Superfast Special Trains between Secunderabad and Kakinada Town

South Central Railway will run four superfast special trains between Secunderabad and Kakinada Town, viz., two services via., Nalgonda, Guntur, Vijayawada, and Rajahmundry and two services via., Kazipet, Vijayawada, and Rajahmundry in order to clear extra rush of passengers as per the following schedule:-

1.         Train No. 07101/07102 Secunderabad-Kakinada Town-Secunderabad Super fast special  train (via., Nalgonda, Guntur, Vijayawada).

Train No.07101 Secunderabad-Kakinada Town Superfast Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 11:30 pm o­n 28thSeptember, 2014 and arrive Kakinada Town at 09.15 am o­n the next day.
In the return direction, Train No.07102 Kakinada Town- Secunderabad Superfast Special Train will depart Kakinada Town at 06:30 pm o­n 29th September, 2014 and arrive Secunderabad at 04:15 am o­n the next day.
Enroute, these trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot in both the directions.These trains will have 16 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, nine Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.

2.         Train No. 07202/07201 Secunderabad-Kakinada Town-Secunderabad Super fast special train (via., Kazipet, Vijayawada and Rajahmundry).

Train No.07202 Secunderabad-Kakinada Town Superfast Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 11:30 pm o­n 2ndOctober, 2014 and arrive Kakinada Town at 09.45 am o­n the next day.
In the return direction, Train No.07201 Kakinada Town- Secunderabad Superfast Special Train will depart Kakinada Town at 07.15 pm o­n 3rd October, 2014 and arrive Secunderabad at 05:20 am o­n the next day.
Enroute, these trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot in both the directions.
These trains will have 16 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, nine Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.

Super Fast Special Trains between Secunderabad and Gondia

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Dussera & Diwali festival season, 28 Superfast Tri-weekly Special Trains will be run between Secunderabad and Gondia as detailed below:-

Tr. No. 08892/08891 Secunderabad – Gondia - Secunderabad Superfast Tri-weekly Special Train (28 Services) :

Train No. 08892 Secunderabad-Gondia Superfast Tri-Weekly Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 06:15 am o­n 24th, 27th, 29th September, 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 20th ,  22nd and 25th October (Wednesday, Saturday and Monday) and arrive Gondia at 06:15 pm o­n the same day.

In the opposite direction, Train No.08891 Gondia-Secunderabad Superfast Tri-Weekly Special Train will depart Gondia at 06:30 am o­n 23rd, 25th, 28th& 30th September, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th 12th, 14th, 17th, 19th, 21st and 24th October, 2014 (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday) and arrive Secunderabad at 06:15 pm o­n the same day.

Enroute, these Tri-weekly Special Trains will stop at Jangaon, Kazipet, Kolnur, Peddapalli, Ramagundam, Manchiryal, Belampalli, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Balharsha and Nagpur stations in both directions.

These trains will have 20 coaches viz., three AC III Tier, fifteen Sleeper Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake van coaches.

Special trains for Diwali and Dussera Festivals by South Central Railway

Extra Coaches to Secunderabad-Kakinada Town-Secunderabad Tri-Weekly AC Express Train

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, South Central Railway will temporarily augment the Secunderabad-Kakinada Town-Secunderabad Tri Weekly AC Express Train with o­ne additional AC II Tier and with o­ne additional AC III Tier coach as detailed below:-

Train No. 12776 Secunderabad- Kakinada Town Tri Weekly Cocanada AC Express will be temporarily augmented with o­ne AC II Tier and o­ne AC III Tier coaches from 19th September to 29th September 2014.

Train No. 12775 Kakinada Town-Secunderabad Tri Weekly Cocanada AC Express will be temporarily augmented with o­ne AC II Tier and o­ne AC III Tier coaches from 18th September to 28th September 2014.

Special Trains between Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam and Sambalpur-Yesvantpur

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Dussera/Diwali,  the run of Weekly Special Trains between Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam and Sambalpur – Yesvantpur is extended for some more trips as per the following schedule:-

1. Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Weekly Special Trains  (26 services):

Train No. 08502 Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Weekly Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 04:30 pm every Wednesday from 8thOctober to 31st December 2014 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 06:30 am o­n the next day.

In the opposite direction, Train No.08501 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Weekly Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 11:00 pm every Tuesday from 7th October to 30th December, 2014  and arrive Secunderabad at 11:45 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these Weekly Special Trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada stations in both the directions. These trains will have 20 coaches viz, o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, nine Sleeper class, six General Second and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van coaches.

2. Sambalpur-Yesvantpur-Sambalpur Weekly Special Trains  (26 services):

Train No. 08301 Sambalpur-Yesvantpur Weekly Special Train will depart Sambalpur at 08:50 am every Wednesday from 1st October to 24thDecember 2014 and arrive Yesvantpur at 04:30 pm o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.08302 Yesvantpur-Sambalpur Weekly Special Train will depart Yesvantpur at 00:30 am every Friday from 3rd October to 26th December, 2014 and arrive Sambalpur at 06:15 am o­n the next day.

Enroute, these Weekly Special Trains will stop at Bargarh, Balangir, Titlagarh, Kesinga, Muniguda, Rayagada, Parvatipura, Bobbili, Vijayanagaram, Visakhapatnam, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, o­ngole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Pakala, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarajapuram stations in both the directions. The following PREMIUM superfast weekly special trains will be run between Jaipur – Maudurai to clear the extra rush of passengers.

Train No.09723 Jaipur – Madurai PREMIUM superfast weekly special train will leave Jaipur at 13.15 hrs. o­n 20th, 27th September, 04th, 11th, 18th, 25th October, 01st, 8th & 15thNovember, 2014 (Saturdays), leave Chennai Central at 01.30 hrs. o­n Mondays and reach Madurai at 11.25 hrs. o­n Mondays.

Train No.09724 Madurai – Jaipur PREMIUM superfast weekly special train will leave Madurai at 06.30 hrs. o­n 23rd, 30th September, 07th, 14th, 21st, 28th October, 04th, 11th & 18thNovember, 2014 (Tuesdays), leave Chennai Central at 16.25 hrs. o­n Tuesdays and reach Jaipur at 05.00 hrs. o­n Thursdays.

The composition of the trains will be 2 AC 2-tier, 3 AC 3-tier and 11 Sleeper Class coaches.

The trains will stop at Bhopal, Nagpur, Vijayawada, Gudur, Chennai Central, Jolarpettai and Tiruchchirappalli.

Advance reservations for Train No.09724 Madurai – Jaipur PREMIUM superfast weekly special train o­n 23.09.2014 will commence o­n 13.09.2014.

Advance reservations for other PREMIUM superfast weekly special trains will commence 10 days before the date of service.
