TRI-WEEKLY EXPRESS SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN ANAND VIHAR TERMINAL- JAMMU TAWI

To clear extra rush of rail passengers, Northern Railway has decided to run seven trips of tri-weekly express special train no. 04053/04054 between Jammu Tawi-Anand Vihar Terminal as per the following programme:-



The 04053 Anand Vihar Terminal- Jammu Tawi tri-weekly express special train will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal with immediate effect to 30.08.2012 (07 trips) on every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at 11.15 p.m. to reach Jammu Tawi at 11.50 a.m. the next day. In the return direction, the 04054 Jammu Tawi- Anand Vihar Terminal tri-weekly express special train will depart from Jammu Tawi from 17.08.2012 to 31.08.2012 (07 trips) on every Wednesday, Friday & Sunday at 05.20 p.m. to reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 05.55 a.m. the next day.



Comprising of Seven Sleeper class, Three General class and Two second class cum luggage van coaches, the 04053/04054 Anand Vihar Terminal- Jammu Tawi- Anand Vihar Terminal tri-weekly express special train will stop at Ghaziabad, Meerut City, Saharanpur, Ambala Cantt., Ludhiana, Jalandhar Cantt. & Chakki Bank stations enroute.

SCR Augment some trains with Sleeper Coaches

South Central Railway will permanently augment Train no. 17415/17416 Tirupati – Kolhapur CSMT - Tirupati Express by Two Sleeper class coaches with effect from 16th August, 2012 from Tirupati and with effect from 18th August 2012 fromKolhapur CSMT.After augmentation,this Train will have o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, Ten Sleeper Class, Three General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.

Similarly South Central Railway will permanently augment Train no. 12797/12798 Kacheguda - Chittoor - Kacheguda ,Venkatadri Express by o­ne Sleeper class coach with effect from 16th August, 2012 from Kacheguda and with effect from 17th August 2012 from Chittoor.After augmentation,this Train will have o­ne 1st AC, Two AC II Tier, Two AC III Tier, Twelve Sleeper Class, Three General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.

AUGMENTATION OF TRAINS

To clear the heavy waiting list, the following trains will be augmented temporarily with one Second Class Chair Car Coach on the dates mentioned against each.

EXTENSION OF RUN OF SUMMER SPECIAL TRAINS

To clear extra rush of rail passengers, Northern Railway has decided to extend the runs of Summer Special trains no. 09722/09721 Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Jaipur special, 09742/09741 Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Rewari special & 09640/09639 Ajmer- Haridwar- Ajmer Tri-Weekly Express special trains as per the following programme:

The services of 09722/09721 Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Jaipur special train and 09742/09741 Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Rewari special train have been extended from 14.08.2012 to 16.08.2012 (03 trips each). The other features like timings, route, stoppages, composition etc. will remain unchanged.

The service of 09640 Ajmer- Haridwar tri-weekly express special train has been extended further to run on 16.8.12 (Thursday) from Ajmer. In the return direction, the service of 09639 Haridwar -Ajmer tri-weekly express special train has been extended further to run on 17.08.12 (Friday) from Haridwar. The other features like timings, route, stoppages, composition etc. will remain unchanged.

To clear extra rush of rail passengers during the Festival, Northern Railway will run a Weekly Express Special train no. 04011/04012 between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Sainagar Shirdi from 05.10.2012 to 01.12.2012 as per the following programme:

The 04012 Hazrat Nizamuddin -Sainagar Shirdi Weekly Express Special train will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin at 12.20 a.m.(midnight hours) on every Friday during the period from 05.10.2012 to 30.11.2012 i.e. on 05.10.2012, 12.10.2012, 19.10.2012, 26.10.2012, 02.11.2012, 09.11.2012, 16.11.2012, 23.11.2012, 30.11.2012 respectively (total 9 trips) to reach Sainagar Shirdi at 10.30 p.m. the second day.

In the return direction the Sainagar Shirdi- Hazrat Nizamuddin Weekly Express Special train will depart from Sainagar Shirdi at 10.00 a.m. on every Saturday during the period from 06.10.2012 to 01.12.2012 i.e. on 06.10.2012, 13.10.2012, 20.10.2012, 27.10.2012, 03.11.2012, 10.11.2012, 17.11.2012, 24.11.2012, 01.12.2012 respectively (total 9 trips) to reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 12.55 p.m.(noon hours) the second day.

BHUBANESWAR-BHAWANIPATNA LINK EXPRESS FROM 11TH AUGUST

As announced in last Railway Budget for running of a link express train between Bhubaneswar & Bhawanipatna and to provide better facilities to the commuters, East Coast Railway has decided to introduce a new train between Bhubaneswar and Bhawanipatna w.e.f. from 11th August 2012.

On the inaugural run, i.e. o­n 11th August 2012 Bhubaneswar-Bhawanipatna-Bhubaneswar link express will be inaugurated from Bhawanipatna Station.

18437 Bhubaneswar- Bhawanipatna Link Express will leave Bhubaneswar at 19.35hrs and will arrive at Bhawanipatna at 09.00hrs o­n the next days. In the return direction, 18438 Bhawanipatna-BhubaneswarLink Express will leave Bhawanipatnaat 18.45hrs and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 08.25hrs o­n the following days.

          This new train will run with 18447/18448 Bhubaneswar-Jagadalpur-Bhubaneswar Hirakhand Express upto Rayagada and will be bifurcated & amalgamated with Hirakhand Express at Rayagada from both the direction. This train will have same stoppages as Hirakhand Express between Bhubaneswar & Rayagada and will have stoppages at Bissamcuttack, Muniguda, Ambodola, Lanjigarh Road, Ramchandrapur and De-Pur between Rayagada & Bhawanipatna having o­ne AC-3 tier, Two Sleeper Class, Two General Second Class and Two Guard cum Luggage Vans in its composition.

RAIPUR-KESINGA PASSENGER TO BE EXTENDED TO BHAWANIPATNA

8207/58208Raipur-Kesinga-Raipur passenger will be extended to Bhawanipatna w.e.f. 12th August2012.

58207 Raipur-Bhawanipatna passenger after arrival at Kesinga at 20.00hrs will leave at 20.05hrs towards Bhawanipatna. Similarly, 58208 Bhawanipatna-Raipur passenger will leave Bhawanipatna at 02.15hrs and will arrive at Kesinga at 04.25hrs. The timings and stoppages for this train between Kesinga and Raipur will remain unchanged. This train will provide stoppages at Kundal Road, Rupra Road, Narla Road, Lanjigarh Road, Ramchandrapur PH and De-Pur between Kesinga and Bhawanipatna.

The composition of the train will be 2 AC 3-tier,6 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
