In the New Ahmedabad Division Time Table which comes in force from

1st July, 2011, WRlywill introduce some New Trains , some of the trains

Frequency will beincreased while some of the trains timings are change.

(A) INCREASE IN FREQUENCE :

1. Frequency of 19571/19572 Rajkot – Porbander express will be increased

from 3 days a week to daily (w.e.f 01/07/2011)

2.Frequency of 17037/17038 Banglore-Bikaner express will be increased

from one Day a week to bi-weekly (w.e.f 01/07/2011)

3.Frequency of 11454/11453 Ahmedabad- Nagpur express will be increased

from one day a week to bi-weekly (w.e.f 01/07/2011)

INTRODUCTION OF TRAINS ANNOUNCED IN RAILWAY BUDGET

The following trains announced in the Railway Budget 2011-12 will be introduced as per the details given below.
A)Introduction of new trains
1)T.No.16612/16611 Coimbatore – Tuticorin Daily Link Express: T.No.16612 Coimbatore – Tuticorin Link Express will leave Coimbatore Jn. at 20.30 hrs. and arrive Tuticorin at 06.10 hrs. the next day.T.No.16611 Tuticorin – Coimbatore Link Express will leave Tuticorin at 21.30 hrs. and arrive Coimbatore Jn. at 07.30 hrs. the next day. The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 3-tier, 2 Sleeper Class, 1 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Tiruppur, Erode, Pugalur, Karur, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudunagar, Sattur, Kovilpatti, Vanchi Maniyachchi, Milavittan and Tutimelur. These trains will be introduced w.e.f. 1.7.2011 from Coimbatore and from Tuticorin w.e.f. 2.7.2011
2)T.No.22601/22602 Chennai Central – Sai Nagar Shirdi Weekly Superfast Express: T.No.22601 Chennai Central – Sai Nagar Shirdi Superfast Express will leave Chennai Central at 10.10 hrs. on Wednesdays and arrive Sai Nagar Shirdi at11.30 hrs. on Thursdays. T.No.22602 Sai Nagar Shirdi – Chennai Central Express wil leave Sai Nagar Shirdi at 08.25 hrs. on Fridays and arrive Chennai Central at 09.40 hrs. on Saturdays. The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Bangarapet, Krishnarajapuram, Yelahanka, Hindupur, Sri Satya Sai Prashanti Nilayam, Dharmavaram, Anantapur, Guntakal, Adoni, Manthralayam Road, Raichur, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur, Daund, Ahmednagar and Puntamba. T.No.22602 will stop at Perambur also. These trains will be introduced w.e.f. 6.7.2011 from Chennai Central and from Sai Nagar Shirdi w.e.f. 8.7.2011
3)T.No.22682/22681 Chennai Central – Mysore Weekly Superfast Express: T.No.22682 Chennai Central – Mysore Superfast Express will leave Chennai Central at 23.30 hrs. on Thursdays and arrive Mysore at 08.35 hrs. on Fridays. T.No.22681 Mysore – Chennai Central Express wil leave Mysore at 20.10 hrs. on Wednesdays and arrive Chennai Central at 05.15 hrs. on Thursdays. The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 1 AC 3-tier, 8 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Bangarapet, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore Cantt., Bangalore City, Kengeri and Mandya. T.No.22681 will stop at Perambur also. These trains will be introduced w.e.f. 7.7.2011 from Chennai Central and from Mysore w.e.f. 6.7.2011
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on 30.6.2011.
4)Coimbatore – Mettupalayam Passenger (except Sundays):
i)T.No.56146 Coimbatore – Mettupalayam Passenger will leave Coimbatore at 09.30 hrs. and arrive Mettupalayam at 10.20 hrs. T.No.56147 Mettupalayam – Coimbatore Passenger will leave Mettupalayam at 10.40 hrs. and arrive Coimbatore at 11.30 hrs.
ii)T.No.56148 Coimbatore – Mettupalayam Passenger will leave Coimbatore at 12.00 hrs. and arrive Mettupalayam at 12.50 hrs. T.No.56149 Mettupalayam – Coimbatore Passenger will leave Mettupalayam at 13.10 hrs. and arrive Coimbatore at 14.00 hrs.
iii)T.No.56150 Coimbatore – Mettupalayam Passenger will leave Coimbatore at 15.00 hrs. and arrive Mettupalayam at 15.50 hrs. T.No.56151 Mettupalayam – Coimbatore Passenger will leave Mettupalayam at 16.20 hrs. and arrive Coimbatore at 17.10 hrs.
The above trains, now running as specials, will be introduced w.e.f. 1.7.2011. The trains will stop at Coimbatore North, Periyanayakanpalayam and Karaimadai.
B)Increase in frequency of trains
1)Frequency of T.No.76835/76836 Tiruchchirappalli – Karur – Tiruchchirappalli Passengers now running six days a week will be increased to Daily w.e.f. 3.7.2011.
2)Frequency of T.No.56607/56608 shoranur – Ernakulam – Shoranur Passengers now running six days a week will be increased to Daily w.e.f. 3.7.2011.
C) Extension of trains
T.No.56318/56317 Nagercoil – Thiruvananthapuram – Nagercoil Passengers will be extended to Kochuveli. T.No.56318 Nagercoil – Kochuveli Passenger will leave Nagercoil at 07.55 hrs. and arrive Thiruvananthapuram at 09.50 hrs. Leaving Thiruvananthapuram at 09.55 hrs., the train will arrive Kochuveli at 10.20 hrs. T.No.56317 Kochuveli – Nagercoil Passenger will leave Kochuveli at 10.40 hrs. and arrive Thiruvananthapuram at 10.55 hrs.Leaving Thiruvananthapuram at 11.00 hrs., the train will arrive Nagercoil at 13.15 hrs.The trains will stop at Thiruvananthapuram Pettah between Kochuveli and Thiruvananthapuram.

INTRODUCTION OF NEW DELHI – PUDUCHERRY – NEW DELHI EXPRESSES

As announced by the Hon’ble Minister for Railways in the Railway Budget2011-12, new weekly train services will be introduced between New Delhi and Puducherry w.e.f. 3.7.2011 from New Delhi and 6.7.2011 from Puducherry.
T.No.22403 Puducherry – New Delhi Weekly Superfast Express will leave Puducherry at 09.05 hrs. on Wednesdays and arrive New Delhi at 04.00 hrs. on Fridays.T.No.22404 New Delhi – Puducherry Weekly Superfast Express will leaveNew Delhi at 23.50 hrs. on Sundays and arrive Puducherry at 18.45 hrs. on Tuesdays.The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Chennai Egmore, Gudur, Vijayawada, Warangal, Surpur Khagaznagar, Ballarshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Agra Cantt. and Mathura.
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on 26.6.2011.

Special Trains to Pandharpur from Amravati/Khamgaon

Central Railway will run 8 special trains between Amravati / Khamgaon and Pandharpur to clear the extra rush of pilgrims attending Ashadi fair being held at Pandharpur. The details are as under -

01201/01203 Dn Amravati / Khamgaon - Pandharpur Special will leave Amravati at 14.00 hrs and Khamgaon at 16.20 hrs o­n 5.7.2011 (Tuesday), 6.7.2011 (Wednesday), 8.7.2011 (Friday) and 9.7.2011 (Saturday) and will reach Pandharpur at 09.05 hrs next day.
01202/01204 Up Pandharpur - Amravati / Khamgaon Special will leave Pandharpur at 16.00 hrs o­n 6.7.2011 (Wednesday), 7.7.2011 (Thursday), 12.7.2011 (Tuesday) and 13.7.2011 (Wednesday) and will reach Amravati at 10.30 hrs and Khamgaon at 08.40 hrs next day.
Halts : Badnera, Murtizapur, Akola, Shegaon, Jalamb, Nandura, Malkapur, Bodwad, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Pachora, Chalisgaon, Nandgaon, Manmad, Kopargaon, Belapur, Ahmednagar, Daund, Bhigvan, Jeur and Kurduwadi stations in both the directions.
These special trains will run with 18 coaches including 4 Sleeper class, 12 General second class and 2 General second class cum guards brake van. Out of these 18 coaches 9 coaches including 2 sleeper class, 6 general second class (of these 2 will be earmarked for Akola) and 1 general second class cum guards brake van will run Ex Amaravati as 01201 Dn and 9 coaches including 2 sleeper class, 6 general second class and 1 general second class cum guards brake van will run Ex Khamgaon as 01203 Dn. The coaches leaving from / to Khamgaon will be attached / detached at Jalamb station 01201/01202 Amravati-Pandharpur special.
Booking in sleeper class coaches of these specials will be opened from 27.06.2011 at all reservation centres.

AHMEDABAD-NAGPUR SPECIAL TRAIN EXTENDED

To facilitate the passengers and to clear extra rush, Western Railway has decided to extend the run of Special train no. 01224/01223 Ahmedabad-Nagpur Weekly Special Train.

Train No.01224 Ahmedabad – Nagpur Weekly special train will leave from Ahmedabad o­n every Sunday at 16.25 hrs. arriving Nagpur at 12.15 hrs. next day from 3rd July to 31stJuly, 2011. Similarly Train No.01223 Nagpur– AhmedabadWeekly Special train will depart at 08.10 hrs o­n every Saturday from Nagpur and reach Ahmedabad at 04.00 hrs o­n next day from 2nd July to 30th July, 2011. The train will halt at Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch Jn, Surat, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Bhusawal, Malkapur, Akola, Badhera and Wardha stations in both the directions. The train will have AC III Tier, sleeper class and II class General coaches.

SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN AMRITSAR & JAIPUR

For the convenience of rail passengers and to clear extra rush, Northern Railway has decided to run o­ne special train NO. 04604 ( single sided) o­n 27.06.2011 (Monday) between Amritsar & Jaipur as per the programme:
The 04604 Amritsar– Jaipur Express Special train will depart from Amritsar on 27.06.2011 (Monday) at 17:55 to reach Jaipur at 07:15 the next day 28.06.2011. Consisting of Two AC 3Tier, Eleven Sleeper class and o­ne second cum luggage Brake van coaches, the 04604 special train will stop at Amritsar, Beas, Jalandhar City,Phagwara, Ludhiana,Dhuri,Jakhal, Hissar,Bhiwani, Rewari, Alwar and Bandikui stations.

SCR EXTENDS SPECIAL TRAINS

South Central Railway will extend the run of the following Special Trains in order to clear the extra rush of passengers from 1stto31st July, 2011.
1.Train No. 07607 Secunderabad-Manchiryal Special running o­n Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
2.Train No. 07608 Manchiryal-Secunderabad Special running o­n Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
3.TrainNo. 07403 Adilabad-Nanded Special running daily
4.Train No. 07404 Nanded-Adilabad Special running daily.

• Advance Filters added to Filter the train list as you wish . Advance Filter link is given below the list of trains. 
• Information about Train has been added with more information like Distance Restriction, Slip Train attached/Detached at which Station, Extra Coach, Coach Composition of Special trains, and other information will be updated time to time
• Search shortest route for any two given station of Indian Railways where no direct train found in Map with included Fare detail between those two station for all Classes. 
• No need to scroll to see IR Availability data in below window. It will auto scroll to fit to screen. The same is apply for PNR search data of IR page
• Current running status will be shown directly from IR website instead of trainenquiry.com data. Just like IR availability data page
• A new Tab of Menu has been given in the right side of the screen next to PNR history, and search history
• Hindi version is also going to launch on July 1 and you can directly see Hindi version also from the main site by clicking on Hindi at the top of the screen 
• Help Tool tips had given a bright color to get a better look when you roll over mouse on any header or name in the train list 
• Now you can see tatkal fare also at AV button in train list when you roll your mouse over AV if Tatkal is chosen from the quota drop menu box. other wise it will show General fare for Adult, Child, Senior woman, Senior Men. 

Visakhapatnam-Nizamabad Express to stop at Tadepalligudem

South Central Railway will provide stoppage for Train No. 18509 / 18510 Visakhapatnam– Nizamabad - Vizakhapatnam Express at Tadepalligudem for a period of six months o­n an experimental basis with effect from 1st July, 2011.
Accordingly, Train No.18509 Viskhapatnam-Nizamabad Express will arrive / depart Tadepalligudem at 23.20 / 23.21 hrs. In the return direction, Train No.18510 Nizamabad-Visakhapatnam Express will arrive / depart Tadepalligudem at 05.15 / 05.16 hrs

Frequency of Secunderabad - Bikaner Express increased

South Central Railway will increase the frequency of Train No. 17037 / 17038 Secunderabad-Bikaner-Secunderabad Express from Weekly to Bi-Weekly.Accordingly, Train No. 17037 Secunderabad-Bikaner Express, which runs o­n Tuesdays, will run o­n Wednesdays also beginning from 6th June, 2011. Train No. 17038 Bikaner-Secunderabad Express, which runs o­n Fridays, will run o­n Sundays also beginning from 10th June, 2011.

AUGMENTATION OF TRAINS

For the convenience of rail passengers and to clear extra rush of the passengers, Railways have decided to augment on permanent basis the passenger carrying capacity of train nos.11449/11450 Jabalpur – Jammu Tawi Express, 12191/12192 New Delhi - - Jabalpur Express, 12121/12122 Jabalpur – H.Nizamuddin M.P. Sampark Kranti Express, 12323/12324 Howrah – New Delhi Express, 12183/12184 Bhopal – Pratap garh Express &12193/12194 Bhopal – Pratap garhExpress. asper the programme:
The 11449/11450 Jabalpur – Jammu Tawi Express train will be augmented by one additional Sleeper class coach on permanent basis from 28.6.2011 when departing from Jabalpur and from 29.6.2011 when departing from Jammu Tawi.
 The 12191/12192 New Delhi - - Jabalpur Express train will be augmented by one additional AC 3 Tier & one Sleeper class coach each on permanent basis from 29.6.11 when departing from Jabalpur and from 30.6.11 when departing from New Delhi.
The 12121/12122 Jabalpur – H.Nizamuddin M.P. Sampark Kranti Express train will be augmented by one additional sleeper class coach on permanent basis from 1.7.11 when departing from Jabalpur and from 2.7.11 when departing from H.Nizamuddin.
 The 12323/12324 Howrah – New Delhi Express train will be augmented by one additional AC 3 Tier coach on permanent basis from 1.7.11 when departing from Howrah and from 3.7.11 when departing from New Delhi.
 The 12183/12184 Bhopal – Pratap garh Express train will be augmented by one additional sleeper class coach on permanent basis from 1.7.11 when departing from Bhopal and from 2.7.11 when departing from Pratapgarh.
The 12193/12194 Bhopal – Pratap garh Express train will be augmented by one additional sleeper class coach on permanent basis from 3.7.11 when departing from Bhopal and from 4.7.11 when departing from Pratapgarh.
