Additional Sabarimallai Special Train

Ernakulam – Chennai Central – Ernakulam Weekly Superfast Specials (via. Coimbatore):
T.No.06346 Ernakulam Jn. - Chennai Central Weekly Superfast Special will leave Ernakulam Jn. at 19.00 hrs. on Thursdays on 28th November 2013, 5th , 12th, 19th & 26th December 2013 and on 2nd, 9th,16th & 23rd January 2014 and arrive Chennai Central at 07.45 hrs. on Fridays. T.No.06345 Chennai Central – Ernakulam Jn. Weekly Superfast Special will leave Chennai Central at 15.15 hrs. on Fridays on 29th November 2013, 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th December 2013 and 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th January 2014 and arrive Ernakulam Jn. at 03.00 hrs. on Saturdays.

The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 11 Sleeper Class, 2 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches. The trains will stop at Aluva, Thrisur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Vaniyambadi, Gudiyattam, Katpadi and Arakkonam. T.No.06346 will stop at Perambur also; T.No.06345 will stop at Ernakulam Town also.

Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on 26.11.2013.

ADDITIONAL STOPPAGES TO THE TRAINS

For the convenience of rail passengers, the Railway has decided to provide additional stoppages on an experimental basis for six months as per the under-mentioned programme:-

The 19045 Surat-Chhapra Tapti Ganga Exp will reach Suraimanpur station at 05.35 p.m. while in the return direction, the 19046 Chhapra-Surat Tapti Ganga Express will reach Suraimanpur station at 09.37 a.m. with two minutes stoppage here in both directions from 26.11.2013.

The 12353 Howrah-Lalkua Exp will reach Amethi station at 09.59 p.m. while in the return direction, the 12354 Lalkua-Howrah Express will reach Amethi station at 03.47 a.m. with one minute stoppage here in both directions from 29.11.2013.

The 19403 Ahmedabad-Sultanpur Express will reach Musafirkhana station at 11.34 a.m. while in the return direction, the 19404 Sultanpur-Ahemdabad Express will reach Musafirkhana station at 06.05 p.m. with one minute stoppage here in both directions from 04.12.2013.

The 19403 Ahmedabad-Sultanpur Express will reach Musafirkhana station at 11.34 a.m. while in the return direction, the 19404 Sultanpur-Ahemdabad Express will reach Musafirkhana station at 06.05 p.m. with one minute stoppage here in both directions from 04.12.2013.

The 13239 Patna-Kota Express will reach Nihalgarh station at 08.17 p.m. while in the return direction, the 13240 Kota- Patna Express will reach Nihalgarh a station at 07.49 a.m. with one minute stoppage here in both directions from 04.12.2013.

The 14037/14038 Delhi Jn.- Pathankot Express will reach Dhariwal station at 04.37 p.m. while in the return direction, the 14038 Pathankot- Delhi Jn. Express will reach Dhariwal a station at 07.50 a.m. with one minute stoppage here in both directions from 04.12.2013.

WINTER SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN BUDGAM-BANIHAL

To cater to the transport needs of the residents of Kashmir region during the ensuing chill winter period, Northern Railway has decided to run one pair of 04612/04611 DEMU Special Trains between Budgam – Banihal from 25.11.2013 to 31.01.2014 in both directions as per the following programme:

The 04612 Budgam-Banihal DEMU Special train shall depart from Budgam on all days of the week except Sunday at 06.05 a.m. to reach Banihal at 07.55 a.m. the same day. In the return direction, the 04611 Banihal-Budgam DEMU Special train shall depart from Banihal on all days of the week except Sunday at 08.15 a.m. to reach Budgam at 10.15 a.m. the same day

Consisting of six car- coaches powered by two driving cars, the 04612/04611 DEMU Special Train will stop at Sringar, Pampora, Kakapora, Awantipora, Panjam, Bijbiara, Anantnag, Sadura, Quazigund and Hillar Shahabad Halt stations enroute in both directions.

WR to provide stoppage to 12959/12960 Dadar - Bhuj Bi-Weekly Express at Borivali station

For the convenience of passengers, Western Railway has decided to provide stoppage to 12959/12960 Dadar – Bhuj Express (Bi-weekly) train at Borivali station.

Accordingly, Train No. 12959Dadar–Bhuj Express (Bi-weekly) train will reach Borivali station at 00.35 hrs & depart at 00.37 hrs.

Similarly, in the return direction, Train No.12960 Bhuj–Dadar Express (Bi-weekly)train will reach Borivali station at 11.23 hrs & depart at 11.26 hrs.

These stoppages have been given on experimental basis for a period of six months from 27th November, 2013 to 26th May, 2014.

Indore-Yesvantpur Weekly Express to Stop at Washim

South Central Railway will provide one minute additional stoppage at Washim railway station for Tr. No.19301/19302 Indore-Yesvantpur Indore weekly Express with effect from 25th November, 2013 on experimental basis for a period of six months.
Accordingly, Tr. 19301 Indore-Yesvantpur Weekly Express will arrive / depart Washim at 12:54 / 12:55 hrs. In the return direction, Tr. No.19302 Yesvantpur-Indore weekly Express will arrive / depart Washim at 11:14 / 11:15 hrs.

Weekly Special Trains during Winter and X-mas

Central Railway has decided to run 34 weekly special trains during winter and X-mas season between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Madgaon, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai – Tirunelveli / Ernakulam to clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under –

(A) LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS – MADGAON AIR-CONDITIONED WEEKLY SPECIALS (6)
01001 Air-conditioned weekly special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.55 hrs on every Thursday from 19.12.2013 to 2.1.2014 (3 trips) and will arrive Madgaon at 12.40 hrs same day.

01002 Air-conditioned weekly Special will leave Madgaon at 13.15 hrs on every Thursday from 19.12.2013 to 2.1.2014 (3 trips) and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.20 hrs next day.

Halts: Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim and Karmali.

Composition: one First AC, Three AC-2 tier, 8 AC-3 tier, 2 Generator cum Guard’s brake vans and Pantry Car.

(B) LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS – MADGAON WEEKLY SPECIALS (8)
01229 weekly special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 10.45 hrs on every Wednesday from 18.12.2013 to 8.1.2014 (4 trips) and will arrive Madgaon at 22.30 hrs same day.

01230 weekly special will leave Madgaon at 04.30 hrs on every Thursday from 19.12.2013 to 9.1.2014 (4 trips) and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 17.50 hrs same day.

Halts: Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim and Karmali.

Composition: one AC-2 tier, Two AC-3 tier, 6 Sleeper class, 6 General second class and 2 General second class cum Guard’s brake vans.

(C) LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS – MADGAON WEEKLY SPECIALS (6)

01003 weekly special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.55 hrs on every Friday from 20.12.2013 to 3.1.2014 (3 trips) and will arrive Madgaon at 12.40 hrs same day.

01004 weekly special will leave Madgaon at 13.15 hrs on every Friday from 20.12.2013 to 3.1.2014 (3 trips) and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.20 hrs next day.

Halts: Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Sawantwadi Road and Thivim.

Composition: one AC-2 tier, one AC-3 tier, 7 Sleeper class, 6 General second class and 2 General second class cum Guard’s brake vans.

(D) CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS MUMBAI – TIRUNELVELI WEEKLY SPECIALS (6)
01067 weekly special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 00.20 hrs on every Saturday from 21.12.2013 to 4.1.2014 (3 trips) and will arrive Tirunelveli at 11.15 hrs next day.

01068 weekly special will leave Tirunelveli at 13.30 hrs on every Sunday from 22.12.2013 to 5.1.2014 (3 trips) and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 23.00 hrs next day.

Halts: Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Bhatkal, Kundapura, Udupi, Suratkal, Mangalore Jn, Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalaseri, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttipuram, Shoranur Jn, Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam, Kollam, Trivendrum, Neyyatinkara, Kulitturai, Eraniel, Nagercoil Town and Valliyur.

(E) CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS MUMBAI – ERNAKULAM WEEKLY SPECIALS (8)
01065 weekly special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 16.40 hrs on every Tuesday from 17.12.2013 to 7.1.2014 (4 trips) and will arrive Ernakulam at 17.30 hrs next day.

01066 weekly special will leave Ernakulam at 23.30 hrs on every Wednesday from 18.12.2013 to 8.1.2014 (4 trips) and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 00.35 hrs on third day.

Halts: Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Karwar, Bhatkal, Udupi, Mangalore Jn, Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalaseri, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttipuram, Shoranur Jn, Thrisur, Aluva and Ernakulam Town (for 01065 only).
