As announced in Railway Budget 2013-14 a new weekly express train will be introduced between Patliputra and Yesvantpur. The inaugural run of this train will be flagged off from Patliputra at 11 40 hrs on 31st October 2013.
The regular service and schedule of this trains are as follows:-
With effect from 4th November, 2013, Train No. 22352 Yesvantpur – Patliputra Weekly Express will depart Yesvantpur at 09 55 hrs on Mondays and arrive Patliputra at 10 00 hrs on Wednesdays.
In the opposite direction, with effect from 8th November, 2013, Train No. 22351 Patliputra – Yesvantpur Weekly Express will depart Patliputra at 20 05 hrs on Fridays and arrive Yesvantpur at 20 55 hrs on Sundays.
Enroute, this train will stop at Mughalsarai, Mirzapur, Chheoki, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Betul, Pandurana, Nagpur, Chandrapur, Balharshah, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Ramagundam, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Chennai Central, Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarajapuram stations.
This train will consist of 20 Coaches viz., two AC II tier, four AC III tier, six Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van (with accommodation for disabled persons) coaches.
